The hotel location is convenience and near the outlet, and also many different kinds of restaurants and shops are here.

We enjoyed staying in Rakuten Stay House Kisarazu very much. Mitsui Outlet Park is just around the corner and a convini shop, a short drive to very good supermarket and Costco etc. The house is spacious and modern, excellent bathroom can be used for drying laundry (bone dry after overnight!), small but allocated car parking helps exploring gorgeous sea side. Wish to have some complimentary tea/coffee bags with sugar, milk, and cooking oil with basic seasoning. Needed ice tray in the freezer as it was very hot outside (stayed in July). Projector TV was Wow! to start with but didn't get clear picture as it only works when ceiling light is on (yes, you have to turn the light on in daytime to watch TV). But these didn't spoil our stay. The house was great and comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone and will definitely stay again.

This is the second time I encountered this hotel during this trip. The room assigned this time is on the ground floor, so there is no need to carry heavy luggage up to the second floor. I chose to stay here again because the location is convenient and close to the outlet. There is a little less space on the ground floor than on the second floor. There is also a designated parking space in front of the door. Fully equipped with cooking equipment and a coffee machine. There are two rooms. The first room has two double beds, and the second room is a tatami room. Projector TV accommodation for comfort. The room is clean and tidy, suitable for family travel, with a kitchen and washing machine

I stayed here from the evening because I was staying the night before golfing. I received a reservation completion email, but when I checked in, the room number wasn't emailed to me. I called and was greeted by a very friendly staff and was able to check in easily. It was bigger and cleaner than I expected, and the projector picked up beautifully so I could watch YouTube and other things. I want to live here lol I'll use it again.

The location was very good. Shopping was easy, there was a convenience store nearby, and the outlets were within walking distance. The facilities were generally satisfactory. The washing machine was in full operation, which was helpful. However, the footsteps and voices of the neighbors were a bit annoying. There was talking and loud voices until around 12 o'clock. If that bothers you, I wouldn't recommend this place. I also stayed at Rakuten Stay in Kawaguchiko, but it was a villa, so it wasn't an issue. I was generally satisfied, but next time I'd like to find a different place.

From the outside, it looked like a maisonette apartment with a kitchen and washing machine, so it was perfect for a group of six. It felt like a villa, not a hotel, so we were able to relax. It has modern features like online check-in/out and a projector TV.

It felt like renting an apartment. Footsteps from the floor above echo, so I wouldn't recommend it for people looking for a quiet stay. There is a washing machine, so you can stay here with minimal luggage. I was happy to see a projector. I wish there was an air purifier. It would have been better if there were small plates available rather than the two flat plates.

It's the best. However, I wish it was a little more reasonably priced.
