An excellent hotel with excellent service. The restaurant offers delicious and delicate small dishes (tapas). You should miss the Aurora Spa with two hours of relaxing experience, facial and body scrubs, steam and sauna, indoor and outdoor pool in the snow.. Many tours offer free pick up from Camp Ripan and it should be easy for you to get on some tours.

Great accommodation chalet style, diff from the usual hotel. Situated conveniently in the old town which feels more cosy than the new town. Many tours have this hotel as a pickup point so it’s convenient.

Lovely hotel. Use the spa! About £25 pp but you have a coke Walter plunge pool outside and a jacuzzi at 37C. Bookable in 2 hour sessions from midday,2pm etc. Kids only midday and 2pm allowed. The shop had free sledges for guests to borrow. Try Ann’s the restaurant 5-7 mins walk. Pizza burgers and great Thai food. Very cheap. Free ice cream. We used Lapland sled dog adventures and went snowmobiling and husky sledding. The best business around. They love their dogs and a very small team run it who really look after you the guest and their animals. Breakfast is great at Camp Ripan as well.

It is away from the city, thus if you are here for the northern lights, this make it a good location. The spa is good and I highly recommend everyone to try it!

The hotel location is great, near a supermarket to get the necessity. Several activities can be booked in the hotel. Cold wears, gloves and boots are also available to rent in the hotel with reasonable price. Staffs are great and very helpful. Breakfast is standard with hot drinks. Plenty of parking is available.

It was quite far from the new city centre by bus, but walkable to the old centre. Breakfast was very good and we also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The spa was nice as well :))

Overall it was pretty good! The front desk lady was very helpful, the room was well heated, the bathroom was clean, and we also saw the Pearl Cloud in the old town! So lucky!

The check-in girl at the front desk was a mean girl. There were many rooms, but when we got to the corner of the room, there was a huge mosquito that looked like a spider. This scared us. Fortunately, another girl at the front desk helped us change the room.

A fantastic stay in this hotel, the chalet, the Spa, the restaurant, the welcome. Everything was perfect! We were even lucky enough to see the Northern Lights for an entire evening at the hotel itself. We will be back and highly recommend.

The spa is available for a fee for two hours, but reservations are essential as it is amazing. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, as well as FIKA's princess cake, were delicious. We recommend the aurora photography tour as the guide will give you detailed instructions.

Independent cabins 🛖 stand in the snow. The price is a bit expensive, but it is expensive in several Nordic countries, and it is a popular tourist city in Sweden. The breakfast is very rich

It felt very good to check in, and the breakfast was very rich. The great thing was that I saw the Aurora on the first day. I was very lucky! Overall a great stay.
