Hotel Villa Aokhanom Beachfront Reviews

A lovely modern hotel right on the beach. We had a room overlooking the sea with a lovely big balcony with lots of seating and a bath. (I think all rooms face the sea) The swimming pool was perfect and a little one for small children. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The beds were very comfortable not like many we have had in Thailand. Breakfast had a lot of variety.

a gorgeous place, we were here right after long heavy rains (we even received warnings from Google and Trip about flooding), so the sea was completely unsuitable for swimming, but even so we had a great time here, the view is magical, the staff is extremely friendly, the restaurant at the hotel is 6 points! Plus to this, silence and privacy. The bathtub on the balcony also counts.

Wonderful quiet place. New small hotel, very clean, beautiful room has everything you need. Minibar, kettle and coffee machine in the room. Good tasty breakfast. Service is excellent. All rooms have a sea view. We spent a wonderful weekend

New hotel, good service, nice view by the sea, delicious food

Let's start with breakfast. I must say that I was disappointed, but that's it. I went during a time when there were few guests, so I didn't know what it would be like when the rooms were fully booked. The price I booked was more expensive than the Shangrila in Penang. But in terms of facilities, it's a different story. Even though this hotel has very few rooms, I don't understand why they don't repair the parts that should be repaired when each of them is not a big deal. The shower in the room with a gold toilet 🙄 was leaking. It wasn't repaired, and it leaked and dripped down when I turned on the shower. The black stains on the grout in the bathroom were also not removed. It was a waste when I saw it, because the owner had taken the trouble to make the hotel so beautiful. The bed and mattress were good. Very good too. It must be because it just opened. The staff were nice, but when you call to ask something, don't be alarmed. The kid was innocent. Overall, I probably won't go again because it's expensive and I wasn't impressed.
