The room has a very beautiful color scheme. The sea is just across the road from the window. The view is beautiful and not noisy at night. There is a small living room (with a sofa bed) and a kitchen. The kitchenware is complete and very practical. There is a free parking space and it is also close to the supermarket. It only costs a dozen dollars to take a taxi to popular attractions (such as Hemingway's former residence). The only problem is that the quilt at night is very thin, similar to a blanket, and it is a bit cold. You need to ask the hotel for an extra quilt. But overall, I am very satisfied and I will probably come again next time.

Invincible sea view~ Parking is convenient, and the hotel can help rent bicycles and scooters from cooperative companies. After discussing the needs with the front desk, they will be delivered shortly.

I'm very satisfied with the hotel's location/facilities/services. It has its own swimming pool. The room layout is reasonable. The living room and living room are separated on both sides of the kitchen. There is also a sea view. The kitchen equipment and supplies are high-grade and easy to use. They are all available. We stayed for two nights and it was very good. Unforgettable, including the severe power outage in the Keywest area on the morning of departure. Good value for the area. Clean and spacy rooms, we got one on first floor so it was a bit dark. The sofa bed was not sleepable so we never used it for the night (too soft and not comfy). Pool area nice however it’s all by a really active road with lots of traffic so the noice is bothersome. Close to shops and good free parking. A short drive to the public beach which is really good. Sums up as a good bang for the buck but nothing that sticks as a wonderful experience. Staff were totally not interested in presenting the facility or services to us so don’t know much about what was on offer except the pool.

This location is just an Uber ride to Duval. The view of the beach across the street is beautiful, and it's quiet at night. The price was okay but we selected a room with two queen beds and a pull out because we had three people that needed separate sleeping arrangements. The pull out couch bed was so disgusting nobody could sleep on it. Besides that the place was overall okay. We looked at trying to extend it a night and the rates went from $400 a night to $900. It is certainly not worth $900. Ended up staying an extra night over in Marathon key and a Marriott courtyard resort that was fantastic. I guess to summarize, this place is a fair value but just know what you're getting into before you get here.

Amazing room! Big room! Amazing free slippers! Large variety of pillows. Functional kitchen. Amazing room service. Free bottle of water. Beautiful decoration. Loved it! Would recommend! Beautiful pool. The best hotel I’ve been to! Recommend. Good spot and good quality!

Bed Bugs in Room 306, stayed with my wife and she and my daughter both got many bites during our stay. Management claims that a third party did an inspection after we checked and that it turned up no bed bugs, but when I asked for the report I was told that they are not able to divulge that. - It's not like this is top secret super classified information. - If they won't send the report it's for one of two reasons 1) no such report exists as they didn't have any one come out to do anything or more likely 2) there is a report that shows the massive infestation that I know to be there. Either way stay at your own risk.

The hotel looks very nice and the room was decorated nicely. However, there were cockroaches in our room and the hotel did not offer to give us a discount or anything. It made it hard to sleep and keep food in the kitchen. We had to have them come and spray three times.

Beautiful hotel but unfortunately since we stayed last year the hotel has a bug problem. Spotted both cockroaches in kitchen and bed bugs in our bed. I was bit while sitting on the couch. The desk told us the hotel had a problem they were dealing with and we did see a Terminex truck there.

We stayed here during our last night in Key west before flying home. The room was great. The front desk staff was great and we wished that we could have stayed longer. The location was perfect for us and minutes away from the airport. The room setup was great and was very spacious. We overlooked the pool area. Even with a lot of guests using the pool, we could not hear them at all.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Save yourselves please. The first night we were there, I woke up to 10-15 baby German cockroaches in the bathroom at 3am. Behind the kitchen fridge there was a LARGE German cockroach in our shower. My roommate literally went to shower in the morning and one was crawling right next to her. As we were packing up to get out of this hell hole we found a roach butt in our bed (hopefully and not a bed bug. TBD, the front desk said they’d investigate which I highly doubt) When we told the front desk of the absolute filth we woke up to, they did not seem surprised and gave a us a refund for the 3 nights we weren’t gonna stay with them. However, would not give us a refund for the one night we did bc they provided us “accommodations” which is honestly a joke. No one should have to pay 439 dollars to be awake all night petrified roaches are crawling all over you. F this place. They suck and DO NOT STAY HERE. Stay at the Perry Hotel in Key west if you can, so clean, roach free and great great great accommodations.

Bed bugs, broken fridge, rundown property We have stayed at the Laurette several times, but this will be our last visit. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience this time. There were bed bugs in one of the queen beds and the sofa bed. We also bought light breakfast groceries, only to discover that the fridge was not working, causing our food to spoil. I called the front desk, and they sent a maintenance person, but the TV remotes were also not functioning due to low batteries. These are simple issues that should be maintained and fixed before guests arrive in the room. This situation makes me question the management and maintenance team's attention to detail.

Very nice resort suites with kitchen & huge bathroom. Best part was I accidentally left me wedding ring in the room. I realized it & went bank 5 hrs after we checked out and the cleaning staff had taken it to the front desk Nice to see honestly still exists. A+++
