all good, nice place, recommended for all traveling to stay

the toilet no work,cold water by shower ,the towels old and broken,staff can no booking a Taxi to the airport,

Amazing hotel, great service, convenient location next to the airport, I would definitely stay there again.

I had an early flight and didn't want to be too tired. My classmates accompanied me to transfer from the Hangzhou hotel to a hotel near the airport that offers airport pick-up. I ordered Vienna when I saw it. I have always liked Vienna's mattresses and pillows. The airport called and a minibus picked us up soon. The driver was a handsome young man with a very high EQ. We arrived at the hotel with laughter all the way. After getting off the bus, there was a small slope and my old classmate didn't notice and fell. The driver immediately got off the bus to help and sent him to the front desk. He was very considerate to the elderly! Although the hotel is old, it is well maintained and the double-glazed windows are very soundproof. I booked a shuttle bus at 7:25 in the morning. The front desk took the initiative to call me early in the morning and reminded me to go downstairs and get on the bus. The work is serious and in place.

It is very close to Xiaoshan Airport. There is a shuttle bus at a fixed time to pick you up. It is only a quarter of an hour away from the airport. There are many small restaurants around, which are very lively.

The room smelled musty, especially the bathroom. Even after putting air freshener, the shower faucet was still running. I went into the bathroom to take a shower very late and was too lazy to change rooms. Not sure if this is the case in other rooms

We arrived at the hotel at 1am. The front desk was very helpful and upgraded the room type for free. The hotel was clean and tidy. They also provided airport drop-off service the next day, which was pretty good.

Because it was quite late, the staff was considerate to contact us by phone, and the service attitude and the room were very good. Next time if I have to catch a flight I will still choose this one.

A better hotel near the airport. I will come again next time.

I have a flight at 8 o'clock, and the hotel will send me to the airport at 6:25. I just have a breakfast at 6 o'clock. Very convenient!
