Convenient, clean and a good deal for the prince offered. A nice place in Irún.

We did not eat here. Sufficient parking spaces next to the hotel. With wifi and electronics up to date. Right next to the highway, good accessibility despite the traffic, the rooms are noiseless.

Formerly an excellent stopover, nowadays the restaurant is closed on Sundays and there is no other option within walking distance. In addition, there was a lot of noise from other guests until midnight.

Good, great, recommending it is a quiet and clean place.

One would be unlikely to choose this hotel for the beauty of its location... A petrol station and plenty of trucks across the street. Yet, it is really good!!! Easy parking with plenty of spaces for guests. Fast and efficient welcome/check-in. Nice, clean and spacious room with an en-suite bathroom (limited number of electrical sockets though... Too bad but absolutely manageable!). We decided to have dinner and breakfast at the hotel and we were not disappointed. The service was fast and efficient and the food excellent and plentyful. Overall, we were very satisfied with our choice of hotel as we wanted a place outside of Bilbao on our way to France. Highly recommended for an overnight stay.

Situated in a busy industrial area but with good access to Irun and Hendaye. Outside sound was not an issue. Large bedroom and minimally furnished. Adequate bathroom. Cafe off the reception. Outside parking with no charge.

Everything was great, it's not the typical gas station hotel, even though it's close to one. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very nice and clean, the only thing is that the parking lot is small and you have to get there early... the breakfast was good.

D’abord 1 h montre en main pour booker une chambre , et nous étions tout seul à l’accueil , et je n’exagère pas . Mais la chose la plus importante est que j’ai été interdit d’aller dire bonjour a une amie qui avait pris une chambre dans l’hôtel . Je tiens à préciser que nous somme en Europe et que nous pouvons rendre visite à quelqu’un .et heureusement que cette liberté est encore là , liberté malheureusement non acquise dans certain pays . Quel malheur d’avoir eu cette réception . Un petit stage de politesse à l’hôtesse serait sûrement nécessaire en lui rappelant que nous somme en Europe , et de ne pas essayer de nous enlever notre liberté sociale . Pour information aussi il a fallu prouver que le prix qu’elle proposée était 20 % plus cher que boiking un dialogue de marchand de tapis a prouvé son erreur et a ete corrigé. Primera 1 hora de guardia en mano para reservar habitación, y estábamos solos en recepción, y no exagero. Pero lo más importante es que me prohibieron ir a saludar a un amigo que había alquilado una habitación en el hotel. Me gustaría señalar que estamos en Europa y que podemos visitar a alguien y, afortunadamente, esta libertad todavía existe, una libertad que lamentablemente no se adquiere en algunos países. Qué desgracia haber tenido esta recepción. Seguramente sería necesario un poco de formación educada para la anfitriona, recordándole que estamos en Europa, y no intentar quitarnos nuestra libertad social. Para obtener información también fue necesario demostrar que el precio que ofrecía era un 20% más caro que el de un comerciante de alfombras. El diálogo demostró su error y fue corregido.

Wij vonden de kamer prima, het bed was prima, de badkamer was wel erg klein. Erg veel lawaai van het brandstof station, dit gaat de hele nacht door. Wij vonden het menu echt van veel mindere kwaliteit, als je fruit als dessert neemt, krijg je een ongeschilde appel met een mes!!! Nee, deze slechte ervaring gaan we niet herhalen!!

Wir sind jedes Jahr während unsere Fahrt nach Spanien in diesem Hotel, da gut gelegen. Gegenüber meiner Bewertung vom September 2018, merkt man den Preisanstieg der Zimmer (gleicher Standard, keineRenovierung), aber auch des Angebots im hauseigenen Restaurant 'Bistro' (Portionen kleiner, Preise höher). Die Qualität ist geringfügig niedriger geworden - nach Covid deutlich. Das Foto zeigt das Frühstücksbuffetangebot nur 1h nach Eröffnung (€10.- / Person). Nichts Warmes oder wirklich Frisches (war vor Covid bei weiterm einladender, üppiger und mit €7.- günstiger). Für diesen Preis bekommt man an der Tankstelle gegenüber fast mehr und man erwartet nichts Warmes. Schade

Hôtel idéalement situé, proche de l'autoroute et d'une station essence. Personnel sympathique qui parle français. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Bruyant à l'extérieur, mais calme à l'intérieur, nous avons passe une très bonne nuit.

L'hôtel se trouve près de l'autoroute, facile à trouver, les chambres sont propres, l'accueil agréable, très pratique pour faire une halte en famille ou non, nous avons très bien dormi et pu repartir reposés.

Ubicado en las afueras, en un poligono. con pocos servicios (lo malo). Tiene parking gratis en la zona. Habitaciones con parquet grandes. Camas correctas. El desayuno sin ser especial, cumple perfectamente las espectativas

Muy bien situado para moverte por la zona y pasar a Iparralde. Se agradece el parking gratuito, es muy grande y está bien. La comida y el servicio muy bien, la habitación grande y limpia. Lo malo es el trasiego de camiones
