Fantastic location for public transport and fairly large room by Japanese standards but very dated interior. Great if you just want somewhere to sleep but don't expect luxury.

I was glad that it was less than 10 minutes from the station!!! My father cleaned up the slightly dirty parts (lol)

The building is not new, but the facilities and amenities were sufficient. The front desk was quick to respond even at night.

The facilities in the room are very good, much better than the similar hotel I stayed in Asakusa before.

It seems to be a one-room apartment or a weekly apartment. The room key is a number key. They give you a manual on how to open the key, but the manual is wrong. I asked the foreign staff "Is it wrong?" many times, but they replied "No", and finally a staff member (Japanese?) who was fluent in Japanese and wearing a name tag in training corrected me, saying "Yes, it's wrong, as you pointed out". The refrigerator was a National, but it cooled well, and the air conditioner was a Daikin, and it cooled well too. The walls are thin, so you can hear the conversations in the next room quite a bit. There seem to be a lot of foreign guests, and I can hear words I don't know. It got quiet after 10pm, so I was able to rest at least a little, but I don't recommend it.

Not bad, more suitable for a single person traveling, the room is small, the carpet is not cleaned, the reception is on the 2nd floor. If you just want to sleep, it's ok, but if you want to rest, it's not recommended. After all, you get what you pay for.

The walls were pretty thin. It felt like it was originally a normal apartment building. If you just want to sleep rather than relax, it's a good place to stay since it's close to Kawasaki Station.

Service is decent, good location close to Eki, cleanliness is normal, enough for resting
