A great place to stay in Whitechapel about 10 minutes from Whitechapel Tube with a huge range of eating options close by and a nice pub - the Good Samaritan 5 minutes away. The hotel itself is excellent and I recommend the breakfast.

Excellent stay in a really cool place there’s a Marco pPierre White Chophouse in the hotel or lots of options close by. I will always stay here in future.

Nice hotel in a rubbish area. No parking area which is a big problem. Rooms are lovely.

I’ve stayed at a number of hotels in London and in the East End. For the overnight, last minute this hotel was the same price as the Hoxton, Shoreditch (which is far better). We paid for a loft with terrace but you can’t see over the wall if you are seated or in the room so there’s really no benefit. The air con didn’t work and the staff pre-warmed us. There were basic toiletries but no toothpaste. No mini bar in the room. No drinking water. No kettle/coffee machine. No food or drinks to room service. The staff were very polite. The bedding & towels were clean. It just felt like the fixtures & fittings had been done more cheaply rather than using good quality materials. It’s unlikely that we will stay over again. The advertised hot tub has not been built. I felt a little disappointed so we left without trying the food and went to the Hoxton for lunch.

The hygiene is quite satisfactory. The mattress is relatively hard, not sticky. The quilt is relatively soft and close to the skin. There is no odor in the room. There is no dust on the table. The hot water is fast and the water pressure is relatively stable. The facilities are well maintained. There are many places to eat around. The service attitude is very good and relatively standardized, including the front desk, the cleaning lady, and the maintenance master. The hotel environment is good, the transportation is very convenient, the waiter is friendly, the hygiene is good, clean, the light is moderate, and the air conditioning is cold enough. (There are windows and the sunshine is comfortable)
