Very Good

Service: Very good. The landlady is very friendly and polite, and takes the initiative to arrange various services.
Health: Not bad
Facilities: Family hotel, facilities are simple and old, private hot springs are not bad
Suitable for friends who like privacy
It’s a 10-minute walk from the station, and the climb is a bit tiring.

Clean and comfortable, the room is elegant and simple, and the hot spring is very comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast and dinner are sumptuous and considerate. The owner is very gentle and friendly.
p.s. A translator is necessary for guests who cannot speak Japanese.

The proprietress is very welcoming, but the room is average and a bit old. The one night stay and two meals package is quite good. The proprietress also arranged the hot spring bathing time very well, and arranged it before and after meals.

The service is attentive, the details are in place, the food is very good, and the hot spring is very clean. However, the location of the hotel is relatively high. It is difficult to walk on mountain roads and carry luggage.
Environment: Very good and quiet
Service: Very considerate
Hygiene: very clean
Facilities: Very complete

The best family inn ever. The owner doesn't talk much, but is willing to help you and answer questions. The room rate includes dinner + breakfast + hot spring. Everything is so smooth. All meals are delivered to the room, and the owner will ask if you need to make the bed, which is so considerate. There is an open-air hot spring, and the owner will arrange staggered times for you to enjoy it alone, which is very considerate. It is highly recommended that you must stay at Shizuka in Atami.

In order to watch the Atami Fireworks Festival, I specifically chose this Japanese-style B&B, but it is still quite far from the sea and very close to Omiya Shrine! There is a bus from Atami Station to the entrance of the store! The owner was very enthusiastic and specially drove us to the beach to watch the fireworks!

The waiter needs to not understand Chinese, but still uses translation apps to communicate and explain patiently. The room is clean and tidy. The food is also good. Breakfast/dinner time is 7:00am/6:00pm.
I think I've stayed here for about 60 nights so far. I was provided with my usual room (2nd floor, 10 tatami mat room with a wide veranda). The plum blossoms in the plum garden at the inn were in full bloom on January 16th, when the plum blossoms were just starting to bloom. The plum festival has started, and the normal admission fee is 300 yen, but if you tell them the name of the inn, they will give you 100 yen. The cherry blossoms near Atami Sun Beach have also started to bloom. It's quiet at night, so you can sleep soundly. Meals are served to your room, and both breakfast and dinner are excellent. I think they're currently limited to three groups per day? So I've never bumped into other guests in the private open-air bath. It's great that you can use the family bath even at night.
