Comfort Hotel Copenhagen Airport Reviews

Convenient for an overnight layover between flights.  The bed was very comfortable, with good sound/light proofing.  The room is small, functional and minimalist - but all I needed.  I used the self check-in was worked seamlessly, but did not eat or drink at the hotel.

It is quite close to the airport, so if it is a late arrival schedule, it is recommended to stay here. And the rental car center shuttle bus station is also nearby, so it is very convenient.

Pros: Just 5-minute walk to the airport in a fully-covered walkway Cons: (1) Without air-conditioning in June, I was assigned a room with window facing west. It was extremely hot when I entered. Yet, change of room was first not permitted, responding bluntly by the receptionist that there is no more vacant room of my grade. Insisting that I was unable to stay in a “sauna” room (windows are not openable), I was then allowed to switch to another room of the same grade facing the east. (2) Please be ready that kettle, refrigerator and locker are also not available. (3) The bed frame corners are so sharp without protections that my leg was injured. (4) The mattress and pillow are extremely soft. (5) The room rate is over-priced and the hotel was over-rated. NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL.

Around 10mins walk from airport, no need to walk outside. And I like self check in and check out process. Room is clean and the bed is good for rest after 12hrs flight. Moreover, the breakfast is wonderful. Highly recommended this hotel.

Great for when you have an early morning flight. Don't even have to leave the airport, but if you do the metro and train are right there too. The staff is not always super friendly and service is always slow.

Very advanced and modern

Great location near the airport and plenty of ways to get into the city. Basic room With not so good aircon as it was 28C, soundproof and block out blinds. Check in was quick, it is extra before 3pm. The breakfast buffet at 6am was good, decent variety and not busy. We went for THE DINNER BUFFET THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. they has pasta and meatball, some sort of tasteless chicken curry and rice, fries or fried small potatoes, watered down leek soup. Dried up cold meet and a variety of pizzas. Salads consisted of cabbage, Russian, beetroot, and some fish salad that had no fish, all mainly empty and rarely replenished. Lots of bread, water and for dessert a choice of.... no only kidding,,,,, a slab of chocolate cake cut into squares. No hot beverages. All for Usd $52 PER head.

Very good location near from airport only 3 min walk,can go inside the airport until hotel..no need to go out,have lugages room so very positif hotel..while I went to Faroe island I can keep my lugages store in the hotel lugages room..very recomended hotel

Nothing special, except for the location, right beside the Copenhagen airport. A decent stopover hotel.

Very conveniently located and minimalist setting with all the usual needs. No service necessary: very easy to check in and out using the kiosk pads. Shower could use a door as it splashes all around the bathroom.

Overnight because of my late arrival fligt. Easy access from Airport as there are signboard showing direction. Room is a bit small for 2Adults+1kid (10 yrs). Breakfast is ok. Good coffee.

For the price you pay I would say it is far less than what I expected. My room wasn’t serviced and towels not replaced.for 2 days, and when went to reception I was told they only service every 4 days. I was told this was on their website , which doesn’t help if you book through Trip.com and the only sign I found about this was on a general pamphlet on the wall. I had dinner at their buffet one night and it was terrible . Chicken nuggets , cold fries , chicken schnitzel that was just processed crap and very limited in anything else . Not impressed and I will not be going back there.
