The room is clean and hygienic, without any peculiar smell. The guest supplies and bedding are very comfortable. The air conditioning and shower facilities are complete, the sound insulation is also very good, and there are rich TV channels. Particularly worth mentioning is the robot's contactless food delivery service, which is both safe and convenient. The breakfast is nutritious. All the hotel's facilities are very new and user-friendly. They provide warm porridge late at night and the laundry room is open 24 hours a day. This hotel has done a very good job in terms of service, hygiene and details. There is tea as soon as you enter the door. Check-in is very fast. You will also ask if you need an invoice. When you get to the room, it is also very clean. There is also fruit to eat. Maybe the girl at the front desk felt that my voice was a bit hoarse when I checked in. The hotel has a lovely ambiance. The room windows could be opened, letting in a natural, fresh breeze, which was incredibly relaxing. Its location is very convenient for exploring the ancient city. The front desk staff were exceptionally proactive and enthusiastic in welcoming us; any issues or requests were promptly addressed by simply contacting the front desk, which was a huge plus. The laundry service was excellent, and the reading center on the fourth floor was fantastic – a perfect spot to enjoy some lemon water, read a book, and just unwind. The room was compact, but everything was standard Atour. The bathroom shower head was a bit loose and needed repair. This place is close to the ancient city and the main entrance to the Gaotai residential complex. It's farther from the Han Bazaar Gate, so you'll need a taxi. If you're flying to the airport in the morning, remember to book a taxi the night before. I couldn't get a taxi through AutoNavi early that morning, but luckily, a taxi passed by after waiting for five or six minutes.
