Spacious rooms, but only with separate beds. I like to sleep with my wife in the same bed, but in the room I had to sleep separately. This is a small disadvantage. They didn't clean the room even once for 3 days. Great breakfast, everything was excellent. The public bath was clean and spacious. I liked the yukatas that were given to me. The washing machines are located in the public bathhouse and are not available after 11 p.m. There is also no banknote exchange machine in the laundry room. The hotel is located far from the railway and it would be great to organize a transfer from the railway station to the hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed it. Пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы. Лучше заселяться в будни на выходных людей больше. Иностранцев мало, в основном местные. От жд станции минут 20 пешком. От отеля до жд станции есть бесплатный трансфер 3 раза в день утром (последний вроде в 10:50), а от жд станции Higashi-Karatsu Station минут 20 пешком и общественного транспорта не видел, ходил пешком. Завтрак великолепный -есть смузи, мороженое, морепродукты и много всего другого.

Hotel is a little old, lounge is a nice touch with free drinks. Sea view is not worth the extra as it's blocked by buildings in front.

All except one is perfect. My booking is all-inclusive, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. But hotel said no lunch available. Would Trip.com please check with the hotel what went wrong and make compensation to me

Exellent breakfast and nice Relaxation Lounge. The hotel is located in beautiful scenery near Karatsu Castle. We stayed in a Japanese style room with Ocean view .

The building itself is quite old, especially the bathroom. The hospitality is not too bad. We did not eat dinner at the hotel, You can walk to Karatsu Castle. Personally I can't recommend it except for breakfast. The large public bath, sauna, and cold bath were all lukewarm.

The hotel has self-service free parking, with plenty of parking spaces. The front desk service is good, and they booked restaurants for us. The whole hotel has been renovated, and there is a large bathing area with a lounge inside. It is very quiet and comfortable, and there are drinks, snacks and rice wine. I like it very much. There is also a lounge next to the front desk, facing the sea, and it is very comfortable to sit.

The room was really big, so I was able to enjoy the room comfortably, unlike other Japanese hotels! Also, the large bath facilities were very clean and nice, so I went there every day❤️💛

The hot spring is great! The location is great! There is free parking at the hotel, which is just outside the hotel gate. It is simple and convenient. The hot spring water temperature is moderate. It is highly recommended.

The sea view room we booked was in line with our expectations. It was a typical Japanese resort hotel with a large bath, sauna, and a sauna. The hotel is located near Nijima Matsudahara, a few minutes' walk from the beach and not far from Karatsu Castle. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to JR Karatsu Station to pick up guests staying at the hotel.
