Parking was challenging at the hotel's location, we made many rounds to find a parking and had to cross a huge road with our luggages to reach the hotel but the hotel was cool and cozy. The lift was a retro lift with manual doors! We arrived really late in the wee hours and there was no one at the reception but they dropped us a message with info on how to check in so that was easy. Room was decent :) recommend this for an affordable stay.

I went to class in Kaohsiung for two days from Taipei. It is very close to the Software Science Park where the class is held. The transportation is convenient and it is very quiet at night!
