They lied about notifying me prior to check-in about disturbances on the upper floor and had even offered an alternative room as a gesture of goodwill. If the room was bad, why offer me? Please do not stay here unless you want to ruin your trip in Kanazawa. There are many other hotels around.

The staff were very polite, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. It was a bit disappointing that the refrigerator didn't cool well and the toilet seat would get hot and cold. Still, the location was convenient for sightseeing, and it was quiet and I was able to relax, so I think it was great.

Very close to Omi Market and Kanazawa Castle. Kenrokuen Garden is also not far away. If it doesn’t rain, you can easily walk there while looking at the scenery. On the first floor, hot Kaga stick tea and a lot of cold juices are provided, which is a very comfortable environment. I chose a room with a terrace. Although I didn't want to go out because it was very cold, it was just enough to use an umbrella and feel the temperature outside, which was not bad. The bathtub has a water column massage function. The switch to block the drain hole is on the side of the bathtub. It took me a while to find it. The entrance to the hotel is a wooden sliding door as shown in the picture, which is quite private.

The room was very very clean and close to the attractions. The room we booked also had a balcony, which was nice to sit on at night. The free ramen in the evening was also good.

This hotel was a surprise. The only drawback is that it is a little far from Kanazawa Station, about a 15-minute walk, and it does not have a large bathroom. The hotel should be old and newly renovated, with reasonable room layout, equipped with bathtub, comfortable experience, hygienic and clean. The service is very enthusiastic. There is tea and coffee in the lobby, and free soba noodles in the evening. The service is that of a traditional Japanese hotel. The room type with a terrace is very casual.
