Kaiping Hotels with Gym

The front desk staff are helpful, especially Ms CHENG. We arrived early before 1pm. She politely explained that there was a conference just ended and guests were checking out by noon. Cleaning of rooms was in progress. So we left our luggage at the Concierge and had lunch nearby. When we returned, we were upgraded to the top floor Executive rooms with a nice river view. My friends and I are happy. The hotel is a bit outdated, but rooms are spacious and clean. All the toiletries, daily offer of 2 bottles of water, etc, are sufficient. I would suggest to change 3-in-1 coffee powder to drip coffee as guests are more health conscious nowadays. Nespresso machine is also another option. Buffet breakfast has many choices, but mostly Chinese food. Local dim sum are interesting, but may not preferred by all guests. There is no chef to fry eggs or omelette, but chef cooking soup noodles with many add-ons available. My friends and I noted that many items would not be refilled, or another item would replace the previous one. The coffee machine only offered Espresso or Americano, and I would suggest using more high quality coffee beans. The red date drink tasted very good. My friend also likes the HK style milk tea. There is an outdoor swimming pool, and a gym on the G/F, but air conditioning was hardly felt. It will be better to keep the temperature of the gym at a more comfortable level. My friend tried the massage service on 5/F and enjoyed. Overall, a nice comfortable stay at Pan Tower Hotel. However, we must call a taxi to take us to all sight-seeing spots. Need to use local apps for calling taxis.

I really loved the room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Cito and carina were so helpful and kind. With customer service like that, I will surely book with this hotel again. The only downfall of the room was the air conditioning. It was too hot outside for the thermostat to have restrictions. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Exceptional apartment style rooms that is convenient and ofter all the amenities and tools you will need as a home away from home. Our one bedroom suite had on-suite washer and dryer (even hotel's at Hangzhou didn't have dryers), disher washer, fridge, and full stove/oven. All the dishes and detergent were provided and replenished daily. Housekeeping even did my dishes on days I left them in the sink! This hotel is conveniently situated at the city center of Kaiping and most things are within a short walking distance. I found this hotel after having stayed at and leaving another that was unacceptable. TingFeng Hotel staff was in the middle of giving their fourth floor a deep clean and I was able to witness first hand their pride of stewardship of this hotel. Not only did Reception ensure we had the exact room to meet our needs but they went over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special shout out to the exceptional leadership and great attitude of Cindy at the front desk. I was accompanying my elderly mother back to Kaiping to visit family and have not been back in Kaiping for over 20 years. Along with many of the other concierge staff she help to arrange much of our itinerary while in Kaiping. We felt very safe and secure with her reliability and responsiveness to our needs. Thank you, Cindy! You are truly exceptional and your level of service can be set as bar for any five star hotel world wide.

The hotel is in a good location, just near the highway, and it only takes a few minutes to get there after getting off the highway. The style and environment of Vienna Hotel are always good. I am quite satisfied with it overall. The room is also equipped with black tea and green tea bags, and 2 bags of hanging ear coffee. The cups also look clean and hygienic. I can feel that the hotel is attentive in service.

The hotel room is very clean, the pillows are very comfortable, and the location is on the edge of the scenic area, but the scenic area is not big, so it doesn't have much impact. Because I live in the scenic area, I can arrange the evening schedule very easily. After watching the wonderful sparks, I can slowly enjoy the night view of the scenic area. The only poor experience is the shuttle bus arranged by the scenic area. When there are a lot of luggage, they can't lend a hand to help put it down, or guide to put the luggage down. It is indeed a bit lacking in human touch. Although it is a commercial scenic spot, adding a little humanistic care may attract more repeat customers😏

During the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, I went back to Yueshan's hometown to eat Dragon Boat Festival. I found that the rating of Yueheju Inn was a few high on Trip.com. I found that the real environment is the same as the online pictures. The environment is beautiful, the rooms are clean and the supplies are high-end, especially the capsule coffee machine is loved by my daughter.

The apartment is ideal location and very convenient to access the necessary amenities at surrounding areas. The room is clean and comfortable to stay. Daily service room and the response on the feedback are good. Please keep it up. Few keys are required the owner to improve as below 1) Balcony door couldn't be closed. 2) The shower head holder couldn't be hold the shower head. 3) The bathroom sink is slightly clogged. The water didn't drain down smoothly.

The hotel is beautiful, the room is nice, but the weather is still cold, the shower water is very cold, almost caught a cold, there are mosquitoes in the room at night, the child was bitten by two big lumps, did not sleep well all night, too many people at breakfast, it looks like all the plates are empty, the food is not replenished in time, the management is not good, the breakfast fee is not cheap, did not eat well and sleep well, the cost performance is too low, such a beautiful ancient town and hotel are wasted. The infinity pool on the roof should be beautiful in summer.

I stayed here for two days and I think it's very good. The bedding is comfortable, the bathroom has a big enough shower, and the robot brings two stews every night, which shows the sincerity of the store. If I have to make a suggestion, I hope the store pays attention to the cleaning and management of the laundry room, so that the hotel will be more popular.
