Exceptional apartment style rooms that is convenient and ofter all the amenities and tools you will need as a home away from home. Our one bedroom suite had on-suite washer and dryer (even hotel's at Hangzhou didn't have dryers), disher washer, fridge, and full stove/oven. All the dishes and detergent were provided and replenished daily. Housekeeping even did my dishes on days I left them in the sink! This hotel is conveniently situated at the city center of Kaiping and most things are within a short walking distance. I found this hotel after having stayed at and leaving another that was unacceptable. TingFeng Hotel staff was in the middle of giving their fourth floor a deep clean and I was able to witness first hand their pride of stewardship of this hotel. Not only did Reception ensure we had the exact room to meet our needs but they went over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special shout out to the exceptional leadership and great attitude of Cindy at the front desk. I was accompanying my elderly mother back to Kaiping to visit family and have not been back in Kaiping for over 20 years. Along with many of the other concierge staff she help to arrange much of our itinerary while in Kaiping. We felt very safe and secure with her reliability and responsiveness to our needs. Thank you, Cindy! You are truly exceptional and your level of service can be set as bar for any five star hotel world wide.

Satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, but the flushing of the toilet is too strong, and if you close the lid slowly, it will bounce onto your feet and onto the toilet seat, affecting the next use. The faucet of the sink is too high, and the water will splash all around when it comes out In addition, the hair dryer is very good In terms of service, the front desk staff was not very friendly. When I checked in, I asked if I could pay extra to check out later, but they said it was fully booked without even checking the system. However, there were clearly many rooms on TripAdvisor/Amap! It's just like ”We are very good at stewing soup, but you may not be able to make it even if you come here.” In fact, I'm just asking, ”It's your job as the front desk staff to answer these questions.” I don't understand this attitude at all! The last morning, the room was probably being cleaned and the noise was very, very noisy The fire escape door opened and closed constantly, and the sound was loud when the door closed. Environment: This is a closed private B&B (Garden Villa). The style is quiet and comfortable. Service: The staff and housekeeper are very good. Warm and polite. The third stop of the slow-life parent-child tour is a B&B. It is very comfortable to stay. Because it is a staggered trip, the entire B&B is almost reserved by my family of three (two of them are passing business guests in the early morning). The middle of the B&B is the owner's private holiday residence, which is not open to the public. The rest of the facilities are the same as the introduction and can be used at will. The restaurant next to the B&B is also owned by the same owner. Breakfast is eaten at this restaurant (with a special person to lead the way), and we also chose this restaurant for lunch and chose a guest set meal, which is good. It's useless for me to talk about it, just look at the pictures yourself, or experience it yourself.

Hotel is located on an island in KaiPing, so getting around needs using APP to get around. Room was good, bright and clean. Shower was good. Outside view was nice and my room had a river side view which was great Overall a good stay.

This is a new hotel, opened about one year ago. The room is nice & modern with electronic drapes, electronic toilet etc…If you ask for water, a cute robot will deliver the bottled water for you. It is walking distance to the largest, best mall in 開平。 I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is very superior. In the park! Service attitude was also very good Thank you for upgrading the balcony room for me. Parking outside the hotel lobby is very chaotic. Parked outside the lobby when checking out I wanted to take my luggage down and leave, but the attendant guided me to stop causing me to stumble in front of my car a little. Think about it and forget it!

Stay in the same hotel again after a few years， the furnitures and sofa become a bit old. The room is still clean and comfortable. The view is comfortable and beautiful. The weather is a very hot and the receptionist is very nice and give us some bottle water to drink.

The first impression is that the hotel facilities are relatively new and give people a good impression. Then it is relatively quiet. There is free parking, gym and laundry room. The breakfast selection is not very rich, just fill your stomach.
