Amazing place to stay during the holiday. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities are clean and well taken care of.

Very good resort, would like to visit again, marvellous hot spring, lovely breakfast, enjoyable fish massage, front end staff allowed late check out and we enjoyed all facilities.

Hygiene: Not very clean. When I opened the cabinet, I saw a dead cockroach. The staff may not have opened it for cleaning for a long time. I don't know if the private hot spring pool has been cleaned. I feel that there is always a layer of dust in the water. Facilities: Water World is not open yet, it looks very deserted, and the overall facilities are old. There are plastic cups lurking in each outdoor hot spring pool, which should be the garbage left by young guests... Maybe there are too few guests and no staff to clean it... There is only a free KTV, which feels like an entertainment project. The breakfast at the next door holiday is OK. Service: Nothing to say, basically no service experience, I didn't see many staff, it can only be regarded as a place to bathe and spend the night.

The family room we booked has two big beds and a private bath. The kids like it very much. However, due to the high humidity, the wall paint at the bottom has peeled off. Some facilities are not very reasonable. For example, the mirror in the washbasin cannot reflect your face even when you stand on tiptoe! ! ! You may need to be 1.8 meters tall to see it. I am too short to look in the mirror! ! ! There is also no place to hang towels next to the washbasin. The configuration is really speechless. The most important thing is that there is no phone in the room to call the service desk. You need an extra pair of slippers and toothbrushes, and you have to go to the service desk yourself... The natural environment outside the hotel is still very good. It is recommended to rent an electric sightseeing car. You can go around the lake, which is very comfortable. There is also a playground a little further away from the lake. Next time, I plan to bring a tent. It is also good to have a picnic and camping outside. I was busy seeing the scenery and driving the sightseeing car, so I didn’t take any photos. It’s a pity that I can’t show you the scenery.
