Cozy room clean quiet. Friendly staff. Close to supermarket

Hotel was central to all the places we visited on this trip which was Long Beach and Disneyland Staff was friendly and accommodating!

Very nice front desk receptionist. She accommodated us without any problems. Will definitely be back!

Loved my stay. Great customer service from Adam at the front desk. He was a fairly new employee and was having trouble getting the room key machine to cooperate. So, he personally walked me to the room to let me in. By the time I went back downstairs an hour later, the machine was working and I got my keys. Very clean and quiet.

Overall it's good, very quiet. Breakfast usually consists of meat, eggs, waffles, bread, some fruit, and yogurt. Although it's simple, it's filling.

The room is clean, fully functional, and has a large space. The hot and cold air can be switched. Hot air blows when it is cold, and cold air blows when it is hot. There is an ice machine on each floor. The building has a total of four floors, and there are Korean, Japanese and simple restaurants nearby. There is a Target store a few dozen meters next to it, with everything you need. The room is usually cleaned every two or three days. If necessary, you can tell the front desk that it can be cleaned on the same day. Breakfast is relatively simple, mainly three American entrees. It is a cost-effective hotel.

The hotel room is big and the swimming pool downstairs is better! There is a gym, which I prefer.
