Hotels with Breakfast in Jinghong

The hotel is great , on the same complex as Crown Plaza Hotel. Although staff didn’t speak English ( what we were expecting for this kind of hotel ), they were always willing to help ( using phone translator ). We couldn’t ordered food through the phone ( room service did not speak English ) and for being and international hotel , this should be improved. Besides that , great great great for family ! Playground for kids all over the hotel , indoor pool ( when days are raining or not colder ) and nice structure.

Nice and very big hotel but mostly for Chinese tourist and families. Difficult to deal if you are a non chinese speaker as only a few employees speaks good english and very few signs and documents are in english. However we had a nice stay. Garden, rooms and food are quite good.

The last stop in Banna was arranged at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, which was the most correct arrangement for this trip. The room was clean, the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas, and the balcony view was great, which made the body and mind relax. I made an appointment for hotel service in advance, and saw two elephants on the bed as soon as I entered the room. The hotel swimming pool was also very clean, and the bubble party in the afternoon was also loved by the children. The intangible cultural heritage handicrafts in the hotel lobby were also worth experiencing... I made an appointment with Anman for travel photography. The clothes and accessories were very beautiful. The hotel gave us simple photos, and if we wanted something more exquisite, there was an upgraded service. Children could wear accessories alone. The photographer was very professional and captured very smartly. The environment of the hotel was also beautiful. Almost every photo was good. I might have to struggle to choose the photos. In short, it was worth it! ~

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. They contacted us ahead of time to confirm our stay and arrange transportation to the hotel. They were available via WeChat at any time and quickly fulfilled any requests we had. The hotel was very quiet and away from The busyness of the city center while still being easily accessible. The room was very clean and comfortable and they offered complimentary warm milk each evening as well as a fruit tray one evening and ginger tea on a cold day. Driver Wang helped us arrange our day activities and drove us anywhere we wanted to go for a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in XiShuangBanna.

The room is big and beautiful. Even the smallest rooms have private pools. The hotel brought us a large plate of fruit upon arrival which was nice to us. The staff were super helpful and courteous. We checked out of the hotel but our flight was cancelled. We had to re-check in. After checking in, I realized that I had accidentally thrown the medicine in the trash. I talked to Li Tianjiao, the front desk manager, and she told me not to be nervous, she would let the housekeeper find my medicine in the hotel rubbish. I want to do it myself. I didn't want to disturb the housekeeper, but the hotel insisted that I rest in the room and let the housekeeper do the dirty work. Wei Qiongzhen room service found my medicine and returned it to me right away. I am grateful that this medicine is not an ordinary prescription. Very expensive. If this were to happen in the US, there would be no way the hotel would have gone through so much trouble to help me. I stay here every time I visit. All the Wanda hotels I stayed in were great!

I really can't believe that there is such an affordable and comfortable swimming pool hotel in Xishuangbanna, and it is very close to the Starlight Night Market, and the style is also unique. The rooms are all wooden, which looks simple and elegant, and the soft lighting makes it more warm and comfortable. The pink wave pool is an indispensable place for Internet celebrities to check in at the hotel. Take out your camera and take a picture at will. The Southeast Asian-style thatched house is also very photogenic. The hotel's super large infinity pool is a great choice for swimming in the pool on a hot afternoon. Who knows! Absolutely! There are also pink and tender macarons, as if you are on vacation in Southeast Asia or Bali, directly dominating the circle of friends. The hotel also has a restaurant, afternoon tea, bar, laundry room, gym, and the facilities are very complete. The hotel also provides free car pick-up to the night market, etc. The scenic spot room also meets the standard. You can see the swimming pool from the balcony in the room. The housekeeper asks about the itinerary and check-in time one day in advance, and provides luggage guidance for check-in and free shuttle bus to Gaozhuang Xishuangjing! It's so comfortable that I don't want to leave!

Overall it's pretty good. There is a big refrigerator in the room, which is very convenient for storing things. But the takeout can't be delivered to the room, and there is no robot to deliver it. You need to go downstairs to pick it up yourself. When booking the room, it shows that you can take a travel photo. It says that you will take 5 photos and 20 photos will be taken. It will be taken on the garden floor of the hotel. In fact, it is not the case. You have to pay to take photos, and the 5 photos are not free. You must call and register with the other party before you can enter the garden. It's strange. Doesn't the hotel allow guests to enter the garden directly? After calling the so-called travel photography consultation phone number, I received 5 calls from the other party in the afternoon. Even though I have repeatedly said that it is free to take photos, I finally had to block the other party's phone number. This phone number shows a Sichuan number, which is the number shown on the hotel booking page.

Was 'upgraded' to a 1 bedroom villa because our chosen booking was being decorated, but the villa is open downstairs so it is full of insects, dirty and pretty unusable. Plus the view was just of a street and other villas and I really wanted a view. The villa is far from the pool and it takes time to book a shuttle to go anywhere. Would be nice to have food or drinks service by the pool but there is nothing because the main building is used for selling other villas. The pool is only open in the afternoon as well 13:00-20:00 which is when most people would plan to go out and do things. Very few shops and restaurants around. Asked for our rooms cleaned, they took our dirty towels away and didn't replace them, they left too few bottles of water.

The hotel is located in Gaozhuang, which is relatively quiet. It is very suitable for people like me who have light sleep. It is convenient for travel. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the night market. There is also a free shuttle bus. There is a gym, swimming pool, beautiful environment, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. The room is cleaned every day after staying for a few days. There are many varieties of breakfast, and the rice noodles are delicious.

What can I say? We picked this hotel for the price and the pool. When we arrived, we were told the pool is closed for CoVid yet every other hotel had their pools open. Then we went investigating and the pool area was like an apocalyptic nightmare. People were smoking on our nonsmoking floor. None of the extra activities listed in the hotel’s details like KTV, bowling, spa, peacock garden, etc were available or were nonexistent. The room itself was comfortable. Good beds. Good pillows. Nice view. The biggest bonus this hotel gets is they delivered ice to our room every night. Breakfast was also acceptable with some western options and the Chinese options were good.
