Excellent little hotel. Owners were very helpful and found us a local driver to take us on day trips. Pool was also great to use after a long day touring. Superb location, steps down directly to bridge for access to the floating market or just walk right for 2 mins to reach the temple and night market. The village area its set in is amazing. Very cute roads all around filled with lots of amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Room was spotlessly clean, 2 big balconies overlooking the pool. Stayed with my family of 5 and we all loved this place. Oh, huge beds and really comfortable too- can sleep 3 kids to a bed easily.

A very satisfying stay, the environment is very good. This trip happened to coincide with the Water Splashing Festival, and I had a lot of fun. The proprietress is very enthusiastic. The day before arriving in Banna, the driver will contact you to pick up the plane. After landing, the driver has already arrived ahead of time and will introduce the terrain and customs along the way. Besides, the room is really impressive. It is very big, clean and bright. The boss is super nice and very enthusiastic. We stayed in the standard room with three girlfriends. They gave us three breakfast tickets and everything, and would send us to the high-speed rail station for free. In short, everything is very good.

Theirs is a really clean and hygienic small inn with a super convenient location. Although there are not many rooms, the services and facilities are completely up to par!
There is a privilege on Ctrip that I can check in 4 hours in advance, because the early flight is really hard, and when I arrived at the hotel, a sister told me no. I didn't say anything at the time, but later their front desk specially upgraded my room and arranged early check-in for me. I was really touched by this. The service from the girl at the front desk was really good.
Their house is not noisy at night. What I'm most afraid of is the noise downstairs when I sleep at night. I didn't hear it at all in their house. it's actually very good! If you see they are good, don’t hesitate to order!

It's very convenient to go anywhere with my mom. If you stay for three nights in a row, someone from the guest room will come and clean it every day. It's very nice. I probably wasn't used to it the first night, so I didn't sleep much. I kept hearing the sound of people walking around in the corridor. Anyway, I fell asleep for the next few days and couldn't hear the outside world at all.
I like the design of the balcony. The ray of sunshine in the morning is very healing when it shines on your clothes~

The hotel manager and employees were very friendly and helpful and even organized activities for guests, like karaoke in the evening and a walking tour to a temple. The hot spring pool on the rooftop wasn't crowded, and the view from up there was very relaxing. The hot spring pool was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it felt more like a family than a hotel, and I'll definitely go back there again. They were so warm and friendly with me, which I especially appreciated since I was a solo traveler and had never been to that city before.
