The hotel is located in Splashing Square, near the riverside night market, a few minutes walk, it is very convenient to visit the night market. The room was clean and tidy, well ventilated, soundproofed, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the procedures were fast, and the cleaning was cleaned every day. The bedding is comfortable, the toiletries are complete, the overall environment is refreshing and comfortable, it is very suitable to stay in Xishuangbanna, and the experience is very good.

Extremely satisfied! The auntie cleaned the room immaculately. The cream-style decor is incredibly photogenic, and the room itself is huge. The off-season price was a steal! **Facilities:** The room is equipped with a Xiaodu smart voice assistant, making it super convenient to turn lights on/off and open/close curtains. The room is incredibly spacious! There's a massive bathtub that feels big enough for eight people, haha! The amenities are comprehensive, including a projector, a mini-bar, and a tatami area for tea and relaxation. It would be perfect if the LED strip lights were flicker-free! **Hygiene:** The cleanliness was truly excellent. When I checked in, the auntie had just finished cleaning, and there was a faint scent of disinfectant. Cream-style decor is hard to maintain, but the room looked really clean. Thumbs up! I saw the auntie diligently cleaning all morning. **Environment:** No need to elaborate on the environment. Downstairs, there's a clean, blue swimming pool with a robot cleaner, giving off total vacation vibes. Since it's located on the side of Gaoguang, it wasn't noisy at all at night. **Service:** There's an airport/station pick-up service, and they confirm the time before check-in. The driver gives a brief introduction to Xishuangbanna. Breakfast was also decent, with freshly cooked rice noodles. We also received a complimentary double afternoon tea, though we didn't have time to enjoy it. **Overall:** High value for money. The room is large and very clean, and it's less than a ten-minute walk from the main entrance of Gaoguang, making it very convenient for catching buses to various attractions! Nice!

The staff at this hotel were all very helpful and had great service attitudes, which deserves a big thumbs up. However, the facilities were a major drawback. The laundry room seemed to be shared with the adjacent health and wellness guesthouse; it was so messy that I never wanted to do laundry there 😂. The swimming pool was also dirty and not filled with water, which was one of the reasons I booked the hotel. There was also no parking, and the small courtyard was completely filled with cars. Breakfast was very simple, basically just two stir-fried dishes every day, served on the kind of trays used in student cafeterias. The only thing I was willing to eat was the rice noodles. I also got bitten by some kind of insect at the hotel seven or eight times. In short, it's a hotel with very obvious advantages and disadvantages. This is the first time I've written so much, and I hope the hotel can improve and get better.

I was lucky enough to find an available room when I checked in, and the lovely front desk staff upgraded me to a better room. I stayed in the Sunset King Room, which had a huge balcony and was super comfortable. I could see the night view, and in the evening, my boyfriend and I enjoyed some BBQ and drinks on the balcony while taking in the scenery – it was quite relaxing. The pool is very photogenic; it was just too hot in the afternoon, so I'd recommend going in the evening for photos. The cleaning staff were also very thorough and paid attention to details. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'll definitely come back next time. The only downside is that Xishuangbanna is genuinely scorching hot!

The room is on the top floor of the Peacock Building, with a good view, a three-bedroom and one-living house. Large space. There is also a balcony connected together, suitable for dinner at night. The layout of the room is very good. The handsome guy at the front desk was very good, and it was very satisfying to rent this kind of house when traveling. It is also very convenient to go to Gaozhuang. (The landlord did not say that he would give praise, I am not dragging), it is recommended if he feels good. Don't worry too much about traveling, live comfortably, and have fun is the most important thing.

The environment is average, and a small apartment with simple decoration and two people stays for 1,500 yuan. The room type was changed without any communication, and the split-level room was changed to 2 standard rooms. There is a kettle, table, sofa and bed. And then there was nothing else, not even bottled purified water... We had no choice but to boil some water, but there were no cups. One person asked for a disposable cup, but they didn't have any. When we wanted to have one, they said they were busy and would send it later. We didn't get any cups until we checked out, so we didn't get a sip of water... Maybe they were really busy, so we didn't make a fuss. Later at night, the temperature dropped, and I wanted to turn on the air conditioner but there was no remote control... It wasn't smart either... We quickly slept for one night, and the price-performance ratio was not high, so we stayed one night and checked out without extending the stay~ Among hotels of the same price range of 1,500, this is one with relatively low price-performance ratio~ Of course, I saw that the everyday prices are relatively low, and it is indeed understandable that the level of 200-300 is~ It's just that during the Spring Festival, the prices rose to the same level as star-rated hotels, but the supporting facilities and services did not reach star levels, but the high prices during the Spring Festival are understandable~ So we think this is a matter of mutual consent, we will come to Banna again, but we will not choose to come during the Spring Festival, haha, it's too high, too exaggerated haha

The owner is a very, very thoughtful man from Northeast China. Seeing that I was a young woman and worried I wouldn't be able to carry my luggage, he offered to help me carry it upstairs. He's available 24/7 by phone. The location is excellent; it's just a short walk to a taxi stand and very close to the Starlight Night Market, only a few turns away. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area. I mentioned I'm a light sleeper, and he kindly arranged a very quiet room for me on the far side – truly a peaceful oasis. I also rented their electric scooter, and the owner charged it for me every night, so I didn't have to worry about it at all. It was fully charged when I woke up, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Traveling with such kindness made me feel so warm and cared for. Thank you, Uncle! This experience has further enhanced my positive impression of people from Northern China.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are delicious food all around. It is very close to the Starlight Night Market. However, the room has a garden view and you can't hear the bustle and noise of the street. It is too friendly to me who is mentally weak. I slept beautifully for 4 nights. , I will stay here next time! Highly recommended!
