Facilities: Everything you need, very new. The postcard booth at the front desk is nice. Cleanliness: Excellent. Environment: Nice environment, quite central. Service: Excellent, convenient parking. Electricity charging station next door for the tram is very affordable. The staff were very friendly.

We had a wonderful time in this ancient capital Jieyang and staying in this hotel (3N4D), had definitely contributed greatly to our holiday experience in Jieyang The hotel was well-located - walking distance/ short distance on electrical tricycle ride to Xuegong Square (we were there everyday!), walking distance to nearby morning market and night food stalls. The room was very comfortable and contemporary designed, with modern comfort and smart electrical/ digital set-up. There was piped-in music when one was in a shower. We also enjoyed the breakfast, having a chance to try the local Teochew food for breakfast. There was also washing machine and dryer for our laundry which we used while having breakfast. The reception counter staff were very friendly and helpful with our requests/ questions. I will highly recommend this hotel for those travelling to Jieyang.

The best hotel I've ever stayed at! The rooms are clean, facilities are well-appointed, and the service is truly outstanding – absolutely deserving of a five-star rating. My overall experience was fantastic; the hotel boasts a great location, comfortable rooms, and incredibly warm and welcoming staff. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Newly opened hotel with nice decoration style. This brand is one of my favorite hotels. No matter which city I go to for business, the first choice is Lavande Hotel. All equipments are quite complete. The wardrobe is quite wide and equipped with 6 hangers of different models. You can hang any clothes. It is very considerate. The curtains are automatic and the shading effect is also very good. The trash can is also large enough. It will not be full when you put a little stuff in it. The wifi is not stuck at all. Anyway, I recommend it.

There is also an aunt who cleans the house. I call and urge her to do the cleaning every day when I go back. At four or five o'clock in the afternoon, no one cleans the house. My friend asked her to change the bed sheets and quilt covers. She said, can she not change them? Please beg me over there. Friends, don’t let her change! ! How unreasonable!
