Close to airport and easy to get to. Good place to stay overnight if arriving late at night. Friendly and helpful staff. Good price.

Follow the signs for the hotel! Great service (they were all SUPER friendly and helpful) and attentive attitude! The food was good, and the room was quiet and very clean!

I booked one room of four rooms for our family. Our family had stayed at this hotel multiple times and even recommended it to others, but after this experience, we will never return. Luggage Storage Nightmare: Despite being repeat guests, staff initially refused luggage storage before reluctantly letting us leave bags by reception No Refrigerator Policy: Let our expensive frozen seafood spoil hotel does not offer common fridge space as well Bait-and-Switch Rooms: Paid more for "Yuan Jing" room that was smaller than standard rooms we'd booked before Unmaintained Facilities: Broken door lock in one room and toilet clogged, mysterious leftover items in another room Shocking Staff Attitude: Not helpful and Suggested we check out at 9PM with elderly parents and children rather than solve problems From Recommended to Rejected: We were loyal customers who defended this hotel to friends, but this stay revealed: ✓ Complete disregard for repeat guests ✓ Deteriorating maintenance standards ✓ Total lack of customer care

This place is ideal if you arrive late at the airport and leave early. It's a bit difficult to find (it's on the level of the departure hall). Very little English is spoken, but the staff is helpful. The amenities are limited, as the room has no shower or toilet, but it has a small desk and the bed is comfortable. I think it's too expensive for what you get, but the alternative would be to find accommodation further away and use taxis. Now you walk in a few minutes to the departure hall.

terrible experience. As I would like to explore another hotel, hence I changed from my usual hotel and book into this hotel.Reached hotel and found out the hotel door was locked and lobby was total darkness. Luckily there was a securety staff nearby and was able to help me call another sercutiy officer to open door fand directed me to level 3 for registration. The lobby was very dark as all lights were off, I mearly able seeing the lift light and thanks god lift is working and bought me to the registration counter. The check in process is quick but cold feeling, leave me to wonder whether I should change back to the hotel boarnoy park hotel which is much better!! Will never try again.

Too Warm!!! The heating system is on too early and luckily a fan is available but still pretty warm… Happy with the room, good price with everything required provided. Some cleaning above the eye levels required. Location amazing.

It was the most clean and in tact hotel I’ve been to so far. Not only that, it’s a very affordable price for an airport hotel. In the morning, we were able to access private check in and security check at the same floor of our room. The process was flawless!

Arrived into qingdao at midnight and easily found the hotel by following the yellow signs that either said “hotel” or “VIP” (check the photos for the path of this hotel). The room i booked is small but it is perfect for an over night stay for couples or solo travelers. My room was clean and the bed is very comfortable. It also had all the bathroom necessities. There’s tea and coffee and free bottled water. Checking in was hassle free and smooth, all done within 5 mins. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely convenience. After getting luggage, go upstairs to departure level and then head to hotel areas. Fast bullet train, subway, taxi and etc are within walking distance. Food court is above and is very convenient. All in all, very good location and good service.

The location is wonderful, which is why I chose it (and have also stayed here other times when I needed to fly out of Qingdao). The room is a pleasant size and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s quick and easy to check in and check out. No need to go outside, there’s a walkway directly into the airport. There was a lot of hair on the seat of the chair (different color than my hair so I’m certain it was not from me) so that made me uncomfortable/concerned about how much had been cleaned. There was about a half inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor so a lot of light came in from the hall so during the night I needed to put a towel there to block the light. I could easily hear people go to nearby rooms and room service going to nearby rooms, so it was a little noisy.

I stayed a night at the Aerotel Airport Hotel Qingdao and found it to be quite good for a short stay. The room, while a little small, was more than adequate for 2 people. The front desk person was also very welcoming. Overall, quite a nice hotel to stay at if you have an early morning flight to catch.

Super hotel! We stayed here twice and never a dull moment. This room is very clean and very nice reception despite language barrier still willing to help. If I come to Qingdao again and has a long layover, I will definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located inside the airport. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed, and they even offered a pick-up and drop-off service. Despite being inside the airport, the hotel was remarkably noise-free, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a perfect retreat after my travels. I truly appreciated the convenience of being so close to the terminal while still enjoying a quiet environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience at the airport!
