Hotels in Tianfu International Airport/Jianyangnan Railway Station, Chengdu

Every detail is a great surprise to me thanks to the vincity to the Tianfu airport terminis making my overnight transit smooth as charm. The breakfast buffet offers a great array of cold, hot, fresh, noodle in soup, bakery, fresh fruit etc and the opening hours are so humanised to be earlier than the said 530am enable many commuters to catch their early morning flight. My visit coincided with the opening of The World Games TWG 2025 at Chengdu that may explain the uplifted security measures at the airport and hotel. Will book again when i next be in Chengdu.

The hotel feels quite new, is spotlessly clean, and surprisingly quiet. Their airport shuttle service is a huge convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and they even thoughtfully upgraded our room, which we really appreciated. I'll definitely stay here again on my next layover.

This was my second overnight stay at Chengdu Tianfu Airport. My flight was delayed by over three hours, and I didn't arrive until past 2 AM, so I promptly booked a room to get some much-needed rest. I have to say, among airport hotels located within terminals nationwide, the two hotels at Tianfu Airport really stand out for their design. The hotel boasts a modern aesthetic and offers a full range of amenities, including breakfast, a gym, a swimming pool, and even tea/coffee breaks. However, I don't understand why the gym and swimming pool incur separate charges; it seems counterintuitive and likely discourages guests from using them. The room itself was spacious and felt new. The bathroom, with its separate bathtub and rain shower, was well-designed and generously sized. The bedding was very comfortable, and they even provided complimentary Coke, Sprite, and mineral water. Most importantly, they offer an early self-service luggage drop-off service. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport shuttle bus, subway, and taxi stands. On a side note, many public areas seemed to be consistently empty; it would be fantastic if they could add a bookstore or a coffee shop to utilize these spaces better.

Earplugs: Because it's close to the airport, planes often fly by, so earplugs are provided in the room. Locke Platinum Gift: A box of fruit was given upon check-in. While not particularly fancy, it was fresh, washed, and delivered to the room. Takeout was delivered by a robot. Service: Excellent, a huge thumbs-up. First, there's a shuttle to the airport. The staff were very considerate, including a case for my ID card. So many small touches made me feel comfortable and heartwarming. The most touching moment was when I checked in, I was feeling emotionally unstable and inconsolable because of something I was dealing with. The staff came to ask if I needed help. Upon realizing I was a woman (there were originally two men), they sent the front desk lady to comfort me. She was incredibly considerate, bringing me candy and listening to my thoughts. They were all very kind people. I highly recommend this hotel. 👍👍👍

I've stayed at Tianfu International Hotel several times now, primarily because of its convenient location just a 15-minute drive from the airport. The hotel also provides a dedicated shuttle bus service to and from the airport. The lobby is very grand and opulent. The front desk staff were highly professional and welcoming, even personally escorting me to my room door. The hotel boasts extensive grounds, featuring a massive courtyard. Naturally, the environment is superb, and it caters to all your dining and shopping needs. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms feature a separate wet and dry area, the bedding is plush, and the air conditioning keeps the room pleasantly cool. The breakfast absolutely lives up to five-star standards. I will certainly continue to choose Tianfu International Hotel for all my future trips to Chengdu.

My stay this time was absolutely delightful and heartwarming! The complimentary airport transfer service provided by the hotel was incredibly thoughtful. From the moment I landed until I reached the hotel, the entire process was seamless, and I didn't have to worry about transportation at all. I especially want to commend the lady who handled my transfer. She was incredibly warm and friendly, helping me with my luggage like family and patiently answering all my questions. Her service was so attentive and detailed; she even offered helpful reminders and advice along the way, making me feel such a sense of warmth and welcome as soon as I arrived in an unfamiliar city. I absolutely have to give a five-star rating! I'll definitely choose this place again for my next visit!

Highlights first: A huge shout-out to Front Desk Manager Sky Wang! He displayed utmost professionalism, proactively upgrading me to a deluxe room (which was new, quiet, and had a thoughtfully stocked minibar). As I checked in close to midnight and most restaurant staff had finished their shifts, he went above and beyond to get me ice. His genuine dedication and warm service were truly impressive. A serious, undeniable flaw, however: On the second day morning shift, an older female front desk staff member (who didn't introduce herself) exhibited an extremely poor attitude. This completely ruined my overall stay. Such service is utterly unacceptable for any five-star hotel!

The Comfort Travel Hotel under Accor is in a good location, not far from TOD, so it is very convenient to order takeout, especially Starbucks and other complex restaurants. There is also a special library in the east next to it, which is within walking distance. The hotel decoration is very distinctive, featuring pandas and coffee. Parking is convenient and you can get to the lobby as soon as you get off the car. We chose a loft room. House keeping helped us to give us extra quilts and pillows. With simple modifications, the sofa on the first floor can be converted into a big bed for the children, and the two adults can sleep on the second floor with peace of mind. Breakfast is definitely a highlight, 29.9 yuan for one more person. I recommend everyone to try the tan and wonton below, which is completely at the level of a store. Overall, it is a hotel worth staying in.

It was pretty hard to find the spot since there is a roadwork around, but we were lucky to find a helpful guide to show us around. The hotel itself is super new and clean, like everything is freshly installed and neat. Free airport transfers, good parking spaces right behind the building. 30 minutes from the airport. If the breakfast is included, but you leave too early, it will be prepared for you in a paper bag: buns, eggs, milk. Really thoughtful and a nice touch, I loved it.

Hotel room is spacious. Everything else is good except that the bathroom leaks after shower. The water leaks into toilet & also to the exterior to the vanity top area. Just 15-20mins from airport. Free shuttle to & fro airport is a plus point. Breakfast spread is pretty good.
