There was no floor warming in this hostel, so the floor was quite cold when we were there. Location of the hostel was a little far from town, difficult to get a didi car ride there (or it might be because the location we wanted to get to was within 10 mins car ride). The shower is also not separated from the toilet, which we didn’t quite like. However, service was friendly and the uncle at the reception helped us book a ride from the hostel to Lijiang, which we greatly appreciate! It was quiet as well, and there were electric beds to keep the beds and blankets warm. Sleeping environment was quite decent.

I very like here. Owner very friendly, good to take care customer. The room very clean and so comfortable. Thank you for good welcome, I will back again.

This homestay was fantastic. It was super comfortable and was centrally located. The only concern was the bathroom shower/water never actually got hot which was unfortunate since we were visiting during a cold snap.

Beautiful room n nice view from window. I like the field view in front of the window. Very clean. Location on the big street, so the car driver drop me in front of the hotel door, no need to pull luggage. Location outside ancient city, but very close. You can walk. The owner is kind person, give me free water n help me to fill my we chat wallet.

The room is large and comfortable. In addition to electric blankets and quilts, there is also an extra blanket. I didn't feel cold at all when I slept at night and I could sleep until dawn. The car can be parked directly at the door, which is convenient for pick-up and drop-off. It is not far to walk to the ancient town. It is a homestay run by a family. They are very friendly and talkative. I will come again next time if I have the chance😊

This is my first time traveling to Shaxi Ancient Town! I'm really happy to have the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful little B&B here. Although the room is not big, it is just right for me. Everything I need is in it. The address of Mingsu is also very convenient, not far from the city center. My favorite part is probably the grounds here because they are so beautiful. It's perfect for enjoying the sun and drinking tea during the day. The landlord was very chatty and considerate and helped me call a ride to take me to the next city. Next time I come back, I will definitely stay here again!

It's right on the roadside, easy to drive to, the boss is very polite, there is a big living room with two tables and four chairs, and some vegetation, you can sit and take pictures, but we went too late, so we didn't take any pictures.

The room is very elegant, and it is very close to Yujin Bridge by car. The air conditioner is too cold and can't raise the temperature. However, the blanket provided by the staff is really warm and makes up for the lack of warmth. It has been a long time since I took pictures, so I will use a few other pictures instead.

The environment is very good, the courtyard is very beautiful, and it has the local characteristics of Shaxi. The hotel is very close to the scenic area, and it takes about ten minutes to walk to the core scenic area. Bring your family to stay for a few days during the holiday to experience the rare slow life. Next time I come to Shaxi, I will stay here again. There is breakfast, and you can also rent an electric car to ride around. Recommended!

The innkeeper's family is very welcoming. The inn is not in Shaxi Ancient Town, but it is very close. It takes only seven or eight minutes to walk to the ancient town. Cars cannot enter the ancient town. If you live in the ancient town, it is too difficult to pull the luggage on the stone road, and the wheels will break. Xishui Villa is right next to the highway. The inn has a parking lot, which is very convenient for entry and exit. The inn has an elegant environment and garden layout. There are coffee tables and chairs in the corridor, and there is a platform on the roof where you can sit for air defense and chat. There is a rooftop for drying clothes on the roof. This rooftop also has a glass plate, so clothes will not get wet even if it rains. This is our favorite. The clothes washed that night were dry the next morning. There is also breakfast made by the owner's family, and it is different every day. Today we ate fried noodles + eggs + sweet potatoes, which tasted good. The slippers in the room are disinfected and packed in bags... Warmth can be seen everywhere.

The location is convenient, with its own parking lot, and it is only a five or six minute walk from the ancient town. The boss will also get up early to make breakfast himself.

There is also a rooftop where you can go up to watch the stars at night. It would be better if the bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay.

I just arrived in Shaxi. It was inconvenient to bring my own suitcase. I contacted the owner and he helped me get to the B&B. It's not far from the main street. The B&B is next to a field. There is a good view as soon as you open the window. The owner saw that I was alone and upgraded me to a king-size bed room for free. He also sent me to the pick-up point before leaving. I recommend staying here. It's very quiet at night and not far from anywhere.
