This family-run Bai guesthouse shows real care and investment in every detail, from spotless rooms to thoughtful touches that make you feel at home. The beds and pillows are genuinely comfortable, and quiet nights guarantee real rest. Amenities here are better than anywhere else we stayed in Yunnan, and unlike listings that overpromise, this place truly delivers on cleanliness. The free shuttle to Shaxi Old Town (5-7 min) is a big plus. Modern design homes stay near the old town Shaxi Run by a young family with great hospitality spirit. Hostess put us in bigger room even we booked a small room, with garden view. The hotel is situated near the old town within walking distance.

Beautiful place, service and facilities. Just a 10 minute walk from the Old Town, a peaceful abd charming place.

Very Serene and calm setting. It is a treat for oneself to be here. Modern house with amazing views of the mountains and fields. Amenities are luxurious and in the style of a muji hotel. Clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was filling and nutritious and the fresh milk was a real treat. Ancient city a little far to walk 1km when cold but host provided transport to the ancient town. Host both welcoming and generous with her time and suggestions. Memorable stay and town. We wish her every success. Thank you!!

We were traveling in the off-season, and the lady boss upgraded our room, making it very comfortable for two adults and one child. For fear that the tatami would be cold, we also gave him two quilts, one for cushioning and one for covering. They took us to play nearby areas every day and were very enthusiastic. They also told us about the local customs and practices. The hotel is located in Changle Village, only 5 minutes away from Shaxi Ancient Town Scenic Area, very close. The breakfast is served to each person and is very balanced. For lunch, I had a local chicken hotpot, which cost 280 yuan per portion, with 5 large pots of side dishes and a whole pot of chicken soup. It can be sold in two portions in the scenic area. Very good accommodation experience.

The small courtyard is very beautiful, and the view from the balcony of the room is also very good. The room originally came with afternoon tea. We went out to play in the afternoon, and the boss also gave us a bottle of red wine in the evening. The boss was very enthusiastic and drove us there when we wanted to go to the ancient town. Although there were some minor incidents in the middle, the boss helped to solve them in the end. They also gave us souvenirs when we left! As a local, I think the rice noodles for breakfast are just average. The taste of the rice noodles needs to be improved, but everything else is pretty good!

The host and hostess are very friendly and consider everything for you in advance. When they learned that I had trouble sleeping, they offered to move to the second floor. The room I am currently staying in was also upgraded for free. Yesterday was Valentine's Day, and they even sent a small piece of cake to my room. Considering that I was alone, when I suggested having dinner here, the hostess readily invited me to have dinner together without charging any fees. The food was very clean and delicious. The room is very comfortable, allowing me to drink tea and read books in the room at ease. Enjoy some undisturbed time. I am happy to recommend it to my friends. The B&B owner is super nice! We were upgraded to a bigger room because the room was not cleaned on the day we checked in. This B&B has no shortcomings in terms of geographical location, hygiene, facilities, etc. The proprietress will pick you up and drop you off at the ancient city and the farm. There was a particularly warm library, and we spent the entire afternoon there on our first day. The room is very large and has all the necessary facilities. The entire homestay is so beautiful that it looks great no matter how you take photos of it. There are some small animals on the farm on the mountain. The calves and lambs all look very healthy. The whole homestay gives people a very relaxing atmosphere. You can take pictures of the stars from the rooftop of the restaurant. There is a large field at the door, and the view is super good without any obstruction. Because they are the first one at the entrance of the village, other B&Bs probably don’t have such a good view. The breakfast provided by the B&B is super delicious, with fresh milk that was just squeezed that day and a variety of fresh vegetables. If you don't want to go out for lunch or dinner, the B&B can also provide it. The meals are all fresh, and the vegetables just picked from the field will be super delicious if you just stir-fry them. The staff are also very friendly. If I return to Shaxi Ancient Town for tourism, I will definitely stay at their place again.

This is the most satisfying homestay I've stayed in during this trip! The hotel has its own small parking lot, which makes parking convenient. The decoration style is exactly what I like! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The boss is a couple, warm and considerate. You can ask the boss to drive a shuttle bus to Shaxi Ancient Town for free. There is a small room in the homestay which is a study, but when I went there, there were several people playing cards and smoking inside. When I wanted to go in and take a look the next day, I found a pile of takeout boxes on the floor that had not been cleaned up.

I booked this B&B on Ctrip temporarily. The facade and front desk are not big and not very eye-catching. When I stepped into the atrium, I was attracted by its design. The taste of the interior is first-class. The service of the landlady is also very good. They were considerate and upgraded me to a room with a view of the fields outside. I could enjoy the sunset and sunrise. It was beautiful. The room was big and very clean. For a Virgo girl like me, I couldn’t fault it. I didn’t want to leave. , I will definitely come back to this B&B next time I come to Shaxi👍👍

As someone who has high requirements for accommodation quality, I usually choose Club Med or international chain hotels in the past, especially in places I am not familiar with.
