Highly recommend this hotel to stay: convenient location, good amenities, clean room, warm, nice receptionists, helpful staff, good price, close to airport, near Nuwemaru shopping street.

It is more like a cheap motel and not clean at all. The staff doesn’t speak English and when I try to ask a question in English since they don’t speak English they made a hand gesture like go away don’t ask any questions. I felt very unwelcomed here and wouldn’t recommend this place to any English speaker travellers. They may be kinder or more friendly to Korean or Mandarin speakers but it not a nice place for English speaker guests. The room itself was very old, tired. The wall paper was ripped and bedsides were full of dust. Apparently, they did housekeeping everyday but they didn’t hoover the room at all. There were some tissue pieces on the floor and those pieces stayed on the floor until my last day! Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all!
Response from Property: Dear Guest, we do have English speaking staffs, we do have daily cleaning but we could not clean hoover the room because its just daily cleaning, thank you for your staying.

Location is good , near shopping street . Bed is soft n comfortable, room furniture is very old like 80s No coffee table n chair shown in illustration photo

Air con not cold especially at nite.. wall paper need to be replaced or fresh coat of paint.
