The location is great, close to Jeju Dream tower/ Grand Hyatt. Also close to Shilla duty free store. Price is good. Only thing is the room is kind of old. At night, sometimes staff was not in the front desk.

I stayed in room 302. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was great and the shower was hot.

Jeju island is the best island in South Korea. It so exiting and most beautiful view.

Located in the downtown of Jeju City. The host was nice, and very willing to help. The bed was comfortable. There was also a laptop in the room for surfing and watching movies. Though the cleaniness has room for improvement, but other areas make up for it and my overall experience was good. And the price was very friendly too. I would recommend this hotel to traveling friends.

There is a cable in the room that can be directly connected to the mobile power bank to charge. The guy at the front desk can speak Chinese, so you don’t have to worry too much. When you check out, you can just put the card at the front desk without paying a deposit, so you don’t need to refund it.

I sent the photos of the front doors and store names to the boss. The boss immediately helped me contact those two stores. Sure enough, I was so moved that I cried in one of the stores. The next day, I was so moved that I cried. The sheets were stained and the eyeliner couldn't be washed off. I asked for compensation. The boss wanted me to surrender voluntarily and didn't ask me to compensate. Haha, in short, he is a super awesome boss. He can't tell anything when he is fine. He is really easy to use when something happens. ! It’s really better to find a hotel with compatriots when you go out. If something happens, it’s really better than being alone! By the way, this hotel is right across the road from the Lotte Duty Free Shop. The super popular BH C fried chicken and spine potato soup are all just a stroll away.
