I didn't know the atrium view was without a window. Due to the heating system, the room is 27 to 28 degrees, and I requested another room. The hotel accommodated my request and gave me a bigger room with a window so I may have some cool air come in. They were also thoughtful to give me room of the same floor and let me slowly shift my stuff over. Hotel accepts parcel delivery and food delivery may have a robot delivered to your room if you indicate it on your order. Laundry is free, which is good for travellers! Love this hotel, and I'll be back.

Great service by Mr Li at the front and great upgrade!

Excellent service provided by the hotel staffs especially Mr Liu from concierge. Hotel room is clean and pretty too.

It’s our first time staying at Mercure Hotel at Zhong Guan Cun, Beijing and we had a pleasant and memorable experience. As the atrium room view was without a window, I was given a free upgrade to a bigger room with windows. The overall accommodation at Mercure Hotel was excellent as the staff was friendly and helpful. I would like to commend on the great hospitality and service rendered by the hotel Manager, Mr Liu and his team, Ms Li - 李明雪 and Ms Wenrou. Mr Liu greeted us warmly and meticulously attended to our needs and requests. Besides, we were also spoilt with a vast variety of food for breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely will stay there when I revisit Beijing .

Good environment and recommended to stay with this hotel.

Clean hotel, good rooms ….but it was too hot 🥵 at night, customers cannot control the temperature of their room. The temperature control panel is only a trick.  Gym is very hot and small, no good ventilation.

Convenient location, 5-8 mins walk from the metro, huge room and great service.

There are many great things about the hotel, but one of the concierges is the best thing about this hotel. He has the friendliest demeanors and always asks about your day. He has a great memory and makes the guests feel at home. On multiple occasions, he's offered me water, a mask, and cautioned me of the colder weather outside. 💕

Such beautiful hotel with lovely and friendly staff, excellent service and very decent facilities. The walls are a bit thin so just beware, but overall it was a really nice stay and I had some good rests there!

The room has prepared sleeping masks which were very convenient. They also gave small snacks and the children like them. It’s also convenient to go to bus stops and subway stations.

Positive: 1) Pretty clean hotel 2) Near to MRT station about 400m 3) Free access to washing machine and dryer for doing laundry. Negative: 1) No coffee machine available in the restaurant during breakfast. The coffee produced in the flask isn't nice. 2) Restaurant a bit small and times that we have to wait for seat.
