This hotel is also known On Yang Tourist Hotel, which was a bit confusing. Walking distance from the train station. The hotel has a nice garden area. Its Hot Spring appears as the default picture of the On Yang town's tour pamphlets and websites. The property is aged and not maintained duly. Some areas smells to old carpets and, generally, not very clean. The Hot Spring water quality is superb and medicinal. We loved the open sky hot bath. Next time, I will visit it in cooler month, with snow perhaps. Hard to find good eating place around except the Cafe Pascucci just across the street--it has a superb Tiramisu, probably the best I ever had.

very nice location however hotel is very old and while I don't mind old hotels it isn't upkept. if you visit this hot spring I recommend staying at another hotel nearby it

It was a good visit thanks to the friendly staff. It was a little cold in the room because it was winter, but I asked the staff and they gave me an extra blanket and a radiator, which was nice. I want to compliment the male staff member who worked on the night of 2/17~18! Thank you.

Since it was an old hotel, I thought the old parts were quite meaningful. However, both of the mugs provided had loose stains on them, so I couldn't use them. That was a little disappointing. The public bath was really nice. I had a good rest and will go.

I stayed here because it has a long history and the hot springs are good, and I was very satisfied with everything for the price, so I plan to visit again. I hope that the history of Onyang Hot Springs Gwangang Hotel will continue.

It was a really dirty and old place ㅠㅠ I tried to sleep through it, but I saw a few cockroaches crawling in the bathtub, so I just checked out at dawn and went back home.

The Korean-style façade, the historical background from the Joseon Dynasty, and the hot spring facilities are all great, and the European-style interior design that was originally intended, and the bedding were of good quality, but the floors were not cleaned. I don't know how long they had not cleaned the floors, and the disgusting condition of the floors almost made me vomit. They should be inspected by the local health authorities. You should raise your hand in conscience and not do business like this. This is the dirtiest lodging facility I've ever visited.

The room is clean, but the facilities are old. The hot springs are separated by gender, and the indoor nude pool is shared, which is backward. If it can be improved to a small pool, it will be more hygienic and protect privacy, or it will be more hygienic to change it to a separate pool for families. Hot springs are basically for the elderly. It is not recommended for young people who like to protect privacy.

The location is good and the price is good, but the furniture and wallpaper are not in good condition. But the hot spring is really good. They do have a great onsen.

The hotel is close to Cheonan Asan Station with the basic taxi fare, which is nice. Maybe because it's an old building, it didn't feel very clean, and there was a slightly strange smell when entering, but I thought it was spacious. The bidet in the bathroom didn't work, so I asked for a battery replacement, but they didn't come as soon as I expected, so it took some time. So I didn’t have much time to spend in the open-air bath. I thought the hot spring water was very good, so people from Asan, Cheonan said that they didn't have skin diseases. An acquaintance visited for a while and they gave us 4 hours of parking time. I liked the water, so I thought I would like to come here with my family next time. There was also Sinjeong Lake nearby, so I visited it. Anyway, it was a good trip, so I think I'll plan my next trip.

Perhaps because it's old, the hotel had a strong smell, the parking lot was under construction, which was difficult, and most of all, the Korean lady at the counter didn't have a very good attitude. Still, it was nice to see that the foreign lady made a lot of effort to be kind.

I am writing this because I am appalled by the ridiculous response from the facilities and staff. I decided to have a meeting with my friends at the Onyang Tourist Hotel and booked three rooms. It was a cold day with a lot of snow and temperatures below freezing, so the parking lot was a complete mess right from the entrance. When I told them that there was no guide and that there was nowhere to park, they kept telling me to park on my own, which made me feel bad from the beginning. In the end, I parked in a public parking lot. I inquired about check-in at 2:30, but they told me to pay 50,000 won per room, so I just waited. I ended up checking in at 3 o'clock, but the blanket was torn, so I exchanged it. I asked them to raise the temperature because the room was too cold, and they said they couldn't help it because it was centrally heated. So I asked for more blankets, and they said they would give it to me for an additional 15,000 won. It's really cold and I can't sleep, but if there's a heating problem, even if the original policy is to pay for extra bedding, they should solve the problem by giving me a blanket or changing the room, but I just don't know. And I couldn't go to the bathroom because the bathroom didn't drain. There was a spider web on the window. I went down to the information desk and told them that I couldn't sleep because it was cold and that I couldn't go to the bathroom because the drain wasn't working, and instead of offering an apology or understanding, they said there had never been a drain complaint so far and no action was taken. So I asked him to check it himself, but he just kept saying that there was no one to go and check it right now? When I asked what time I could check, I was told that another employee could come to work after 9 o'clock, so I said I would wait in the room, and he said that he might not come to work because today is Sunday. Since I couldn't communicate, I asked where the person in charge was, and he cut me off by saying that there was no one because it was Sunday, so I asked if there was anyone who would take responsibility for the rest of my life, and I didn't say anything. When I told him that I couldn't sleep because it was cold all night and that I needed to go to the hospital, he said, "Okay, I'll tell you to go," as if talking to someone else. They said they would check the drainage issue later and notify me by phone if I checked out, but in the end, I checked out without any of the issues being resolved. I was really angry at the consistently insincere and shameless attitude. This is the first time I am writing this post because the hotel I went to to relax was so cold that I shivered and felt bad. For those of you who want to go, I hope you think carefully before making your choice.

Although the rooms are older, they are more unique. The hotel staff are very kind and answer all questions. But it is better to use the hotel to book a hot spring bath with your wallet. This is even better. Now you have to pay 9,000 won for a hot spring bath in the hotel. People... Also, this hotel was once stayed by King Yeongjo, which is the selling point of this hotel. There is also a special Korean-style back garden and a stone tablet marking the location.
