Great location if you need to catch a flight the next day from Kansai Airport. Airport shuttle provided but scan code at check-in to get a confirmation. Check-in staff helpful and professional. Rinku Town is good for shopping. There are convenient stores and an outlet which is like a very big supermarket that sells almost everything (tax free). Amazing view overlooking the Japan Sea from 21st and 22nd floors. Breakfast starts sharp at 6 a.m., which is very convenient. Shuttle provided till 5p.m. to Aeon Mall. They also have an onsen, which we didn’t use, but looks good. VA from NZ.

Yeah great place and the shuttle bus is very convenient. Close to the artificial beach front and shopping centres. Lawson downstairs for convenience. Recommended for an early or late flight

Very clean, near to outlet and surrounded by a few shopping malls. Free transfer to AEON and airport (every 30mins from 05:00). Public bath, luggage luggage packing and storage area are available. Lawson is attached to the hotel. Roof top view is nice however food option is limited.

Perfect location for a shopping trip at Rinku premium outlet. The self-serviced luggage room definitely adds a bonus to your shopping trip. Its public bath is very good. The room is slightly larger than the typical Japanese budget hotel. The staff are excellent in communication and speaks Chinese and English well. They are thoughtful and considerate.

I stayed at OMO Kansai Airport for one night before my flight, and overall it was a smooth and convenient stay. 1. Location is great — super close to the train station, and the hotel also provides a shuttle to the airport, which is really helpful if you have luggage or an early flight. 2. Self check-in was smooth, and there were staff nearby to help if needed, which made the process quick and easy. 3. The restaurant has a nice night view. I went there around 8pm for dinner. One thing I didn’t realize at first — you have to order your food at a self-order machine before entering the restaurant. I was a bit confused, but the staff were really kind and gave me clear instructions. 4. The mattress wasn’t what you'd expect from a typical memory foam or spring mattress — it felt more like a tatami-style mattress. But honestly, I found it acceptable and still slept pretty well. Overall, a very efficient and comfortable airport hotel with friendly staff and a touch of Japanese charm.

The best thing about the hotel was the location! Walkways connect it to the train station and on to the shops. Also walkable to big 24-hr supermarket. There is a convenience store right by the lobby. Microwave and ice station are available on every floor. Check-in and check-out are all thru digital, but there are staff to assist when needed. They have a policy that they only clean the room on the 3rd day. So if you're only staying 2 nights, you won't get a room cleaning but only a change of towels and trash removal. Free bus shuttle to the airport, but make sure to book in advance as there are limited seats per bus. We booked one day ahead, but the time slot we wanted was already full. Suggest to reserve it upon check-in.

Very convient “tiny room” hotel ….Perfect location to take your plane from Osaka . 10 min by train from airport … amenities …. Everything is ok

Good Location, near KIX airport, and Rinku premium outlet. Hotel has a hot bath. Nice view from top level. Service so so, cos self checkin and checkout. Don't like the pillows, too soft. Room too stuffy.

Everything was good!! Except the central air, it was centralized, room was hot and I cannot adjust it from heat to air con.
