A spacious clean hotel suitable for a couple. Hotel is near the main attractions. The room bed is too comfortable. It makes me just want to sleep and rest during my short stay at izmir.

Unorganized and slow service they disturb you when do not disturb sign is on the door to see if you ok which defeats the purpose!! Everything with the hotel was great except for the service at the restaurant/bar on the top floor. Other than that everything was on point! The hotel was super clean and surrounded with amazing restaurants

Very nice hotel in Izmir. Comfortable environment and luxury equipment.

The 'basic' rooms are terribly noisy and the guests are super snob and disrespectful. People slam with doors and the reception doesn't care even dough we complained none was done to prevent more nuisance. Staff is bored and uninterested.
