Room is small, sigle room's window is facing a wall 1 meter away.

I checked in 10 minutes early but the room was ready to check-in. The Staff were nice as they tried to communicate with me even though I’m not good at Japanese. The room was nice but when I was looking for an earphone case I had dropped underneath my bed, I found out that it was a little dusty down there. The breakfast was japanese-style which cost only 550 yen and it was delicious. I asked them not to clean my room during my stay so they just hung a new amenity bag at the door for the second night. I also had a chance to use the laundry and drying machines which worked fine. The hotel is near the Iwaki station so it was easy to get the bus and the train. I really enjoyed staying there.

The location is good, but the rooms are not well-cleaned. Often dust. Also, even though I requested non-smoking, the room smelled of cigarettes. Even though I was told I could stay for free, I didn't want to stay any longer.

Clean room, good service

If you just want to sleep, it's OK. I didn't think there was a separate charge for parking. I regret that the total cost was cheaper at a hotel that didn't charge a fee. The room is the worst. The sticky slippers were made smooth with the provided alcohol disinfectant. The stand, TV stand, telephone, bed shelf, etc. were so full of stains and dust that I didn't even want to touch them. The water inlet of the bathtub came off immediately, and when I touched it, it was slimy. It's awful. Furthermore, the refrigerator is noisy. It's fine if it stays silent or has sound, but it bothers me when I'm sleeping and the sound comes and goes. When I got home, I noticed that the parking fee receipt was in the name of a different company. I don't have any complaints, but I felt sorry for some of the people who came with their children.

It's a little far from Iwaki Station, but it's not a problem if you're traveling by car. There are restaurants around the hotel, so it was not a problem.

It's cheap so I don't mind, but there are too few outlets and it doesn't work unless the light is on, so it's too bright when I go to sleep.

Great location

Considering the price, I have no complaints! The location is great, so it's easy to go to the convenience store or out to eat!

When I stayed at a nearby business hotel, I was disappointed because it lacked a sense of cleanliness, but this hotel was clean and I felt safe staying there, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I want to use it again.

We stayed in a Japanese-style room as a group. The location was very good, close to the station and directly connected to a convenience store on the lower floor. There are several affiliated parking lots nearby, so I was able to park my car right away. The facilities and building itself looked old in some places, but I felt it was worth the price.

Good value for money. Close to the station. Close to downtown. I used it on a motorcycle trip, and I was able to leave my motorcycle at the entrance.

It's okay Near the station, easy and convenient travel, but the service staff is a bit boring
