Absolutely amazing! Beautiful hotel and for a fantastic price. The hotel is located in the old downtown of Ningbo which is a lively and busy area but you would never know that from inside the grounds. It’s like a park. There are beautiful walkways and gardens, pagodas you can sit in with fishponds and swings…stunning. The interior of the hotel is traditional Chinese and is grand. The service attitude is wonderful and everyone is so helpful and kind. My only suggestion would be to include a breakfast coupon with all room purchases, even if someone just wanted to grab a coffee in the morning, since this extra thing would be an absolute cherry on top of the whole experience. Other than this, I can say for certain I will stay here again!

We booked west building, were moved to east building. Unfortunately every room in east building smells with cigarettes, so I could not stay there. They moved us to Yingbin which was amazing! Thank you again for this amazing hotel and the food is amazing too. The staff is very helpful and kind. We had the most amazing stay of all hotels in China in yingbin. 12/10 points.

It's already the end of May, and I don't want to turn on the air conditioner. The room is very stuffy because it's by the lake and the window is on the corridor. I don't dare to open the window for fear of mosquitoes and noise. The bugs that were crushed to death on the bathroom roll must have been dried for a long time. It was not cleaned up, and the paint peeled off the faucet of the washbasin, which directly scratched my hand. I called the front desk to ask for a band-aid. As a result, no one came to ask how the guest was injured until he checked out. The hardware and software were hard to describe. Bad review.

The room is relatively large, Sanitation: Very good, Environment: Comfortable, the garden design is very good, the breakfast is rich, the restaurant manager specially cooked glutinous rice balls for us, the front desk lady upgraded the room for us, I will come again next time

The hotel is a garden hotel with a large green area, quiet environment, thoughtful service, complete facilities, comfortable indoor swimming pool temperature, a wide variety of breakfasts, good taste, convenient transportation, right next to the Metro Line 4 station, close to the railway station, Drum Tower, Tianyi Pavilion, Yuehu Scenic Area, City God Temple, Tianfeng Tower and other scenic spots. Line 4 goes west to Dongqian Lake Scenic Area and north to Cixi Ancient City, making travel convenient.

The room on the second floor of the West Building (no garden view 🤦) is small but clean and tidy, and in good sanitary condition. The welcome fruit plate on the first day of check-in was very thoughtful. The main road of the hotel is a bit noisy due to the subway construction, but the West Building is at the innermost and no sound can be heard at all, so it is quiet. We brought our own takeaway and hoped that the hotel could help heat it in the microwave. The housekeeper at the guest center thoughtfully fried it for us and added a few shredded carrots. The service was very thoughtful 👍. The heated swimming pool is also very good, and we had a great time swimming! The only drawback is that the sliding door of the bathroom falls down. It is difficult to pull it back and forth every time and it makes a loud noise, which affects sleep at night. If the door is not closed, the sensor light inside will light up at any time, which is a bit helpless

Ctrip pre-booked a 3-day 2-night package for a twin room with garden view. The room is on the first floor of the west building, and the buffet breakfast is also in the west building. Although it was renovated in 2012, the hardware is well maintained and the twin room is relatively spacious. Metro Line 4 is about 5 minutes away from the hotel, making it convenient for travel.

The facilities are complete and the courtyard-style hotel is comfortable to stay in, and the cost performance is super high. Every time I come to Ningbo, I come to this hotel.
