The staff were friendly enough, however the amenities listed on the website did not come with the hotel - first time I have heard of this. For the sauna you have to pay for it seperately, and the pool was not open. The aircon also in our room was not cleaned at all and was filled with dust which is not healthy.

Their air-conditioner didn't work, and if you complain so they will take 12 hours only for listening. Please don't book this hotel. It's better to find another one

Very bad excuse in this hotel. No Tv for 5days. No house keeping. No sign of don't disturb. Furniture is very old. Bed has noise from long time use. Trip.com shout not share this hotel to followers. Hotel is like a 1 night stand hotel... my advice not to stay in this hotel never ever

I booked a double room with balcony , they dont have a balcony at all in the whole hotel, so i dont know why it was literally double room with balcony on the site .

The Suites was not organized. He gave the room dirty and for another room, not changed the comforter, damaged door locked, no wifi connection. Totally not good stay for 2nights. Im sorry to say these, but you need to have good hygiene and improvement. It’s good for the price but don’t expect any service.

At first, it was difficult to understand because several tourist companies operate on-site. They stay in the entrance area and share space, like at the airport, and rent out the mini-apartments. There's no sauna, as advertised. The apartment really smells bad; I'm not a smoker, and it was completely unpleasant. No Wi-Fi and no TV broadcasts. The TV is only for radio. In fact, all the outlets are broken.

We entered the hotel and they said that the online payment was not visible and asked us not to make the payment again. They are literally committing fraud. They say that the hotel reservation is not visible in their system. They are trying to deceive people. I do not recommend it at all.

Very budget apartments. Furniture like from grandma's apartment, all different. There was no light in the living room as a class. Shower is clean. Bed is comfortable. Big plus is location 5 minutes from Sabiha Airport and the presence of an English pub downstairs. For sleeping for 30 euros is normal.

It's time to put up some new furniture... But the long one is very good. Would book again

The room looked very dark and the wifi signal was very poor. I reported it to the front desk three times and waited nearly an hour for it to be handled.

The location is good, near the airport, a street with cafes, restaurants. Convenient when waiting for the next plane. The room is simple, the furniture is of course old, but more or less clean, the bed is good.
