This is our second time staying at the Alfa Hotel. The room is cozy, air conditioning, mini-fridge, TV, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, hot water - everything is there. You can ask for an iron. Families with and without children stay here - that's why we choose this hotel. The staff is friendly, they help with choosing routes around the city, answer all questions that arise. What is also important - we slept peacefully at night, there is no noise from the street, music, construction sites, etc. The location is very convenient - there is a tram and bus stop in 2 minutes, and the metro is 10 minutes away. Lots of markets nearby and countless cafes and restaurants. The sheets and towels are clean. Sultanahmet Square is 3-4 tram/bus stops away (about 10 minutes).

save your money this is a 2 star hotel no more than $15.00 per day, small room terrible lighting, water don't drain, location not good, hotel is not as you see in the pictures. you have to carry luggage second floor. elevator only for one person. very low lighting, poor breakfast

2 star hotel charges 5 star fee , don't get fooled by pictures, it is not what you see Horrible hotel, poor location, poor breakfast, you have to carry your luggage to second floor stairs, elevator is in second floor maximum 2 person without luggage, very low lighting they use 10amp light bulb, shower water don't drain all the way to your ankle, Travel agencies must remove 4 and 3 stars from their sites if they want to keep their clients. for the same price you can easy stay in real 5 star hotel.

We have visited Istanbul and reserved hotel for 3 night. Everything was very good. I can give 4 of 5 to the hotel. Room was clean and pretty good. Breakfast was good. Location, accessable to tram, metro and was excellent. Hotel manager was friendly and professional, economy hotel but everything was excellent. Only bad point, lady reception was proud!!!!! Thanks to hotel manager.

We went on a holiday last month in Istanbul. I will tell you about my experiences with a dumpster called Alfa Hotel. I'm someone who doesn't get hung up on anything more than luck. But it's not like this place won't get stuck. I read the reviews and chose this Alfa dump because of the price. First of all, I reproach and condemn those luxurious, clean, very good people who write good reviews, then I strongly condemn and criticize the person who gave the hotel permission to this place and finally the person who runs this place. Alpha dump doesn't have a cleaner. The sheets are very yellow (I had to buy sheets from outside). There is wall debris filth in the toilet. The toilet is disgustingly dirty. There is extremely dampness and cigarette smell in the room. There are mosquitoes everywhere in the room. When you wake up in the morning, you encounter at least 9-10 bites. Insulation is almost zero, you almost have to hear the person next door fart. There are NO Turkish citizens in the hotel. Refugees are inundated. Different types come in and out. My friend, don't go there, don't be deceived by the reviews so you can take care of yourself. Don't these hotels hire a cleaner? DO NOT GO - DO NOT TAKE IT - DO NOT RECOMMEND - DO NOT PRAISE.
