The service at this hotel is great ! Prices are reasonable and the location is 5 stars. The view was amazing facing Beyazit masjid - would stay here again!!

perfect hotel for very relevant money in perfect place

Amazing location of the hotel made our extremely comfortable. Almost all the main historical locations were in walking distance from hotel. Reception staff Mr. Omer was very polite and helpful all the time-every day along with all other staff of the kitchen and housekeeping. This was our second stay in this hotel and we are definitely looking forward to choose this hotel again.

This hotel was great. I'd stay there again. The staff were very friendly. The food was nice. The restaurant was nice. The interior decorating was nice. The lift was spacious, clean and amusing because it has a glass shaft. The location is excellent, as it very close to Istanbul market and not too far from the Hagia Sofia area.

The stay was good , just the air conditioner was not working in room and it took time for hotel staff to change our room

No heating. We got sick because of cold weather. The room is not clean. No blancket. Worst stay ever.

I witnessed the staff being very rude and unhelpful to a number of customers. In one case specifically, they showed very clearly they didn't care at all for a family with a small child who was given a dirty and broken bed and due to the mother getting upset, the hotel staff were even more unhelpful.

There is an unknown, black object in the hot water pot in the room🥲 The attitude of some employees is not very good The hot water kettle in the room was not working properly. We called the front desk staff twice to help, but no one paid attention to us even though we were promised. We waited all day! ! !   Sauna facilities and breakfast are provided, which is very good.

Very convenient hotel service staff are also very enthusiastic

The location of the hotel is good, the breakfast is good, there is a choice for every taste. The rooms, of course, are tired, but they don’t particularly try to clean them. If you don’t remind them, then they won’t take out the trash and won’t change the towels, not to mention the rest. The spa is free only from 12.00 to 18.00, but you will not be allowed into the pool without a cap. Massage prices are high.

The location is very nice, I expect to stay in the hotel. On the next trip to Istanbul

There is no nice reception on arrival, there is a chilly atmosphere. Then to the room there it is BLOOD HOT and there is no air conditioning which is indicated on their advertisement. Do you want to get fungi, especially the shower in steps too rancid for words. The laminate was completely loose in the room. No normal outside window for fresh air to come through. A separate mini fridge crammed into a cupboard that was supposed to represent a minibar and that doesn't even work. Beds as hard as stone. We checked out in half an hour and left for another hotel! Now they don't want to give the money back bunch of scammers! Definitely not recommended, everything that is in their advertisement is not there. PURE DECEPTION!
