Room was large and comfortable and hotel was quiet. The window didnt have a very nice view and not much sunlight but this wasnt a major problem.

This was the second time we’ve stayed here - great hotel! Has all the features you’d expect from an Atour - comfortable, clean, quiet, refreshments replenished in the room daily etc. It’s a short walk from two metro stations. There are lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. We often come to Shanghai for the tennis Masters, and this is an ideal location. Shanghai’s metro closes unusually early (for a big city), but there are shuttle buses from the venue after the last match that go directly to Shanghai Indoor Stadium Station, which is a 10-min walk from the hotel.

Very friendly service from all staff. I do not speak Chinese, but the lady at reception used a translate app during check-in and was very kind and patient. The room is so large & comfortable, with a HUGE bed (super King?), and the most comfortable pillows I have ever experienced! Plenty of storage for clothes and luggage, and a large bathroom with a lovely shower. Even though the room faced the street, it was very quiet. Good double glazing perhaps? The breakfast selection was very good with many different options. We are vegan so our choice is limited, but we still managed to get enough to eat. Really good price, I would stay here again.

The area of the rooms are a decent to large sizes. And the services from all of the employees are amazing especially from Mr.古北! The hotel is very near to the subway station which is very convenient for customers here!👍🏼 Recommend!

Not recommended! Poor soundproofing – definitely not recommended While the hotel staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful, unfortunately this doesn't make up for the extremely poor soundproofing. I could hear everything: people on the street talking as if they were in the room, cars passing by and honking, even late-night conversations in other rooms. The walls looked like they were made of cheap cardboard and had no sound insulation at all. I was completely unable to sleep, causing me to be exhausted, wake up late, and miss most of my workday. If you value quiet, stay away from this hotel - it's really not worth the stress and frustration. Not Recommended! Terrible Sound Insulation – Cannot Recommend While the hotel staff are friendly, nice, and assistive, unfortunately, that cannot compensate for the absolutely terrible sound insulation.
