Good location. Nice room with decent facilities. Bathroom was somewhat rundown. Breakfast was decent.

My experience at this hotel was simply outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided impeccable service with a warm welcome. The room was beautifully appointed, offering stunning views and every comfort imaginable. Dining was a delight with exquisite meals served in a charming atmosphere. This hotel exceeded all expectations and made my visit to Istanbul truly unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a luxurious stay in this vibrant city!

We like this hotel, The location is suits. The desk manager didn't find our booking and we waited 30 minutes. But then he offered a better room, The room was very nice. All was ok, thank you. If we decide to visit Istanbul next time we will choose this hotel again.

Great hotel with a very convenient location just next to the Tophane tram station , friendly and helpful stuff. I had a spacious room with a nice view on Bosphorus. TV and wifi works fine. Breakfast is also very good with a big variety of local products.

I've stayed at hotels of various ranks in various countries, but this was the worst hotel for me. The reception and staff were rude. First of all, there was some black garbage on the floor of the shower room, and a lot of black mold. I turned on the water to flush the garbage away, but the shower head was broken and water came out of the side instead of the usual hole. When I told them about it, they said, "Staff will be there, so please wait." After about 15 minutes, they still hadn't come, so I called the reception again and was told the same thing: "Staff will be there, so please wait in your room." I waited for more than 30 minutes and finally they brought me a replacement. I also told them that they had run out of body soap, and they said, "I'll bring it, so please wait," so I waited another 30 minutes... They brought a bunch of small disposable bottles. They wasted a huge amount of time, but they didn't apologize. (If there had been a little more communication and even a word of apology, it would have ended without any incident...) As other people have said in their reviews, the service was poor, so I will never stay here again, and if you are thinking of staying here, you should reconsider as there are many better hotels nearby.

موقع الفندق ممتاز في منطقة كراكوي قريب من محطة الترام. يقع بالقرب منه محل Köşkeroğlu للبقلاوة. مدخل الفندق صغير لكن يتوفر جلسات متنوعة في اللوبي ودورة مياه وكذلك يوجد غرفة مخصصة لحفظ الشنط. يتوفر في الغرف مناشف وادوات النظافة مثل الشامبو وملحقاته. كذلك يتوفر غلاية ماء وشاي وقهوة وثلاجة ميني بار يعيب الفندق ضيق الغرف خصوصاً الاقتصادية فمن الصعوبة وجود مكان للشنطة. جهاز التكييف لم يكن بالجودة المطلوبة لكن لم أكن بحاجته في منتصف شهر مايو حيث كانت درجة حرارة اسطنبول *15 لكن بالصيف سوف يكون ضرورياً. الفطور في الطابق التاسع بإطلالة جميلة على البسفور يعيبه انه بسيط جداً جداً لكن بالإمكان إضافة اطباق جانبية بتكلفة إضافية. ملاحظة: الصور للغرفة الستاندرد وليست الاقتصادية The hotel's location is excellent in the Karakoy area, close to the tram station. There is also a water kettle, tea and coffee, and a minibar refrigerator The hotel's drawback is that the rooms, especially the economy ones, are small, as it is difficult to find room for a suitcase. The air conditioner was not of the required quality, but I did not need it in mid-May, as the temperature in Istanbul was *15, but in the summer it will be necessary. Breakfast is on the ninth floor with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. The downside is that it is very simple, but side dishes can be added at an additional cost. The hotel is conveniently located: the T1 tram stop is nearby, the metro is within walking distance. But the rooms themselves are "tired". The breakfasts are meager and monotonous, but the panoramic view from the restaurant is wonderful.

How can I describe the facilities in this room? The toilet is shaky and the small mirror light falls off when you move it. The whole room is about 5 square meters? Although I don't pay much attention to the quality of the room when I travel, this is a bit too low.

Perfect location. Very friendly staff. The equipment could be more modern. Nice view from the rooftop (breakfast area). Overall, the price-performance ratio was good. The smell in the bathroom and in the lobby had been there since day 1 and was really unbearable.

The hotel is very stylish, located within walking distance to all attractions I had a very poor wi-fi signal in my room, although I lived on the 4th floor Cleaning every day while you go for breakfast, by the way, breakfast is not in the hotel itself, you need to go out and walk a couple of steps to the cafe of the same name, breakfast is good and varied

The hotel is ideal, with a modern, functional design with a privileged location. Highly recommended
