Stay only 1 night. Room was dirty and not ready when we arrived. Air conditioner was broken and hot so we had to open the window all night long and we couldn't sleep because the sound of tram.

Location was good just 5 minutes walk form Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Staff was very nice corporative

Best hotel ever in Istanbul! I accidentally left my passport, money, and other important things in a taxi, and the receptionist went above and beyond to help me get them back. He and his friends (tour guys in front of the hotel) tracked down the driver and stopped him from overcharging me. I honestly can't imagine what I would’ve done without their help 😭🙏 I owe them big time!! Oh, and by the way, the room was super clean, comfy, and had this nice classic vibe. Complete amenities and comfortable bed. Also it is located in a very strategic place. Definitely recommend this place!

It feels like you are speeping the reception, you can hear voices and people walking around and getting to their rooms very clearly, so they need to work to improve the sound insulation

My budget is low. I had no choice. That’s why I decided to stay here. At least that’s affordable accommodation. But I didn’t expect how gorgeous breakfast is. I got that at roof top. Totally I saw sunrise during having breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel with my fiancé’s mom and her friend. They speak Russian, and the hotel staff was kind enough to speak with them in Russian, as well as speaking with me in English. Everyone was super helpful, and we loved this hotel! We would definitely love to stay again.

It took about an hour from Istanbul airport by taxi. It’s located near sightseeing places such as Blue Mosque, Topkapi palace, and Hagia Sophia. The room was clean. Breakfast was buffet style. Nice hotel

Overall the hotel is ok, but there are some downsides: in the triple room where we stayed, the shower has no doors, they are not provided and after taking a shower all the water is on the floor, everything is wet, water splashes from the shower head over the top right onto the toilet and dry towels, well, it's just completely dark. In addition, there is no ventilation in the toilet, this is also bad, it constantly smells of sewage. Breakfast on the terrace is good: omelette, vegetables, sausages, nuggets, coffee machine. I liked it.

The hotel's advantage is its proximity to the city's 2 most important mosques, and a good breakfast. Overall, the hotel is quite old and needs renovation. They cleaned every day, and the service was good. As others have written, there was a strong smell of sewage, both in the room itself and in the hotel as a whole, and there is renovation going on outside the windows, visible from several rooms, plus there is a railway under the windows

Great location. Close to monuments. Tram only 10 minutes away. Clean room. Clean bathroom but a bit old. Warm welcome. Breakfast with choice

Standard hotel in the center. Friendly staff. Breakfasts are mediocre, but the workers try. The bed is comfortable, the linen is ok, but the towels are old and the furniture and bathroom need updating.
