This is a nice hotel that can be a problem due to the location. Its next to a high school that has concerts that can last until midnight or later. If you are unlucky enough to stay the night they have a concert, as I was, good luck sleeping. It is so loud, the windows rattle. The room itself was quite comfortable. The management tries their best.

Lied to twice by this crooked hotel. First I was told the music would stop in one hour when I checked in early afternoon. Its still blasting after 8 hours and wont stop until morning. It's not just loud. ITS DEAFENING!!!! Do not plan on getting any sleep at this hotel. Second, their hotel breakfast that you pay extra for, is actually served at another location. That's right! Wake up and look for breakfast? Take a hike pal. Its down the street a couple hundred yards. No mention of this anywhere until after you pay. Complain about something here and they pull a no cancel, no refund policy. Are those even enforceable under fraudulent circumstances?

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever been. The music from the street is so loud. You can’t sleep till 3 am. I can’t recommend this hotel for living. The manager of this hotel told, that we cannot move to another apartment. So we tried to sleep with noise and loud music.

I stayed at Seya Suites recently and had a great experience staying here. The hotel is located on Istiklal Street, which is one of the most central shopping areas in Beyoglu. The hotel isn't on the main street so it can be easy to get lost. I'd suggest doing a google search of the location before getting there as the entrance is not reachable by taxi. The staff were very helpful and friendly and organised my airport pick up and drop off. The rooms are really nice and modern. The bed was very comfortable, there is a massive amount of wardrobe space and the bathroom was lovely and looked quite new. It was also handy to have a sink and a microwave even though I never used it. The only downside I would say is that due to the central location of the hotel it is quite nosy. My room was facing away from the main road and over the weekend it was a bit nosy, however if my room had been facing the main road it would have been annoying. As a precaution I would take ear plugs with you. However, this does not take away from the fantastic hotel and the excellent location. I cannot highly recommend it enough.

We booked Seya Suites single room for 15 nights in August. Like a lot of large city hotel rooms it was a bit on the small side. However, the room had been recently updated and we were not interested in spending any time there other than to rest. The hotel is a small boutique hotel tucked in behind and above a very nice restaurant (Wama's). As budget travelers we thought this place was awesome. The staff were always available to help with luggage, hail taxis, and give us the scoop on where to go and what to see. Thanks to Nazar, Roushen, Kivanch, and Tahir. You guys rock! We wanted to be centrally located on Istiklal Cd. and Seya is about half way between Taksim Square and Galata Tower. From this location you can walk (assuming fit enough) to the Old City, Galataport, Cihangir, and so many interesting locations and eateries. A truly international place to stay (pretty sure there were not other U.S. citizens there during our visit). Considering how close to Istiklal Cd. this hotel is we thought it was pretty quiet. Of course you will hear some noise from the throngs of people out on the street, but with the single rooms tucked in the back of the building noise is not an issue. Not sure you can say the same for the Suites which face out onto Istiklal. Great time to visit Turkey and your U.S. dollar makes everything so affordable. Can't wait to go back, and we would 100% choose to stay here again.
