From the welcome ceremony at check-in to the sea view when entering the room, it was amazing. The hotel is full of beautiful scenery, and it is a hotel worth checking in! The general manager also came out to welcome, the service was in place, and the low-key luxury It's a pity that the Italian restaurant was not open. I experienced the SPA, but I felt that the cost performance was not high

I didn't have time to visit the hotel garden. It happened that the restaurants in the hotel were basically closed during Christmas, which affected the experience a bit... But the room was still impeccable.

The shower room floor drain was broken. Before going to bed, the shower water overflowed outside, and my shoes and clothes were all wet. I called the hotel to tell them, but the hotel did not give a reasonable solution. There was no apology or explanation throughout the process. They just asked the maintenance worker to fix it and the waiter to clean up. They came in and out in the middle of the night without considering the customer's feelings. We asked to change to another room, but they were still reluctant. Finally, they gave me an extra bed room. I spent 4,500 to sleep on a very small extra bed. The room was not soundproofed at all. There was a lot of noise from cars on the road outside. The waiter would not take the initiative to take the luggage. It was not worth the price at all. The overall experience was very bad. Beware of thunder.

The hotel room was beautiful but different from the promotional photos. For example, there seemed to be a bathtub in the photos, but we encountered an ordinary shower with the shower cabin system you know. The efficiency with hot water in the bathroom is poor. If we compare it with the price quality index, the room price is quite expensive. Scalini restaurant is successful in terms of food/quality/price index…

房間整體還可以，在伊斯坦堡郊區，旁邊是個小漁村別有風光，非常舒服。不過因為住的人不多，所以有的設施維護的不是特別好，住一兩天足夠了，住久了沒啥玩的。

Six Senses Istanbul – Pure Magic! This place was something special! The location alone is breathtaking, with views that make you want to stay forever. It was super cold when we visited, but that only made it more magical—we sat in an igloo, enjoyed organic shisha, and had some seriously delicious food. And to top it all off, it was raining, which made the whole experience even prettier. One of the most memorable spots in Istanbul for sure!

The hotel and staff were friendly and gave a 1st class service. Gentleman at reception was really friendly and professional. Ilkay the fitness instructor was very friendly, professinal, helpful and a 1st class instructor. Staff in the restaurant namely Doğan, Elif & Seher were deligent , responsive and very friendly.

We visit istanbul each year . This hotel was by far the most beautiful place we have visited . The views are stunning . Their hospitality is top notch . The infinity pool is the best one in istanbul . My family loved the especial treatment we got . Seckin at Guest services was very friendly and is a super star . The place is a hidden gem . We will definitely come back again
