OMG, the most horrible hotel I've ever stayed in until I was 30. After checking in, I noticed that the air conditioner made an abnormal noise, and then it automatically turned off every half an hour. From eight o'clock in the evening to five o'clock in the morning, he kept asking the hotel for help. The front desk just kept pressing the air conditioning button. He also thought it was broken, but the manager would not change the room! And the hotel was not full. We didn't sleep all night, kept getting up and turned on the air conditioner twenty times. Their rhetoric is that all rooms are like this, so that's it. Why sell a room? Ctrip helped coordinate and try to get the hotel to refund the money. The hotel didn't buy it at all.
