Absolutely fantastic place beautiful very clean lovely and absolutely friendly receptionists and workers and one of the best locations to be in, everything around you and a very lively area. This was my second booking . I recommend if anyone is going Istanbul and wants to stay local this is the hotel to book . Prices were excellent aswell polite and caring staff , did not let us need for anything . One of the best stays I’ve had in Istanbul and will be booking this hotel again in the near future when I go to Istanbul .

Close to Taksim, hidden away down one of the many alleys. Lots of food options around and a shop around the corner too. Staff were okay, room was clean and everything worked, for the price it's great no complaints.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very accessible and was at the hub of Istanbul. All in all, I am very satisfied with the experience and would recommend it to my friends as well.

This hotel threw away my sunscreen cap and didn't even get an apology from the front desk. Service: The attitude at the front desk is very poor and aggressive.

Rooms were spacious, clean, bed really comfortable. Very central location. Staff helpful and very nice, I would happily go there again.

The location of the hotel is very good. It takes less than two minutes to walk to Independence Street. The guy at the front desk is very friendly and speaks good English. It's just that the room's sound insulation is not good. The two rooms are divided into suites, but only the original door is used to separate them. When the lights are turned off, you can see the light from the next door through the upper and lower cracks of the door, and you can hear the sound of a plastic bag on the opposite side. Slippers are provided. Picture location and people with good sleep quality can choose

Bedding is satisfactory. It was comfortable. However, I had trouble sleeping all night due to the poor soundproofing structure. And rust came out of the faucet, which made me very depressed.
