The housekeeper will not top up any amenities daily. Cleaning standards is below average and I can safely say that this is the worst marriott managed hotels I’ve ever stayed in across 20 over countries.

Overall a lovely stay. A lots of pros- Great breakfast, friendly staff, 24hr gym, free parking, very safe. Booked a one day tour to Troy, got picked up and drop off at the hotel, saved 2 trips to the Istanbul city,a present surprise. Own experience - Location is far and not easily accessible from main tourist attractions. For self drive, the hotel is located next to a highway, if missed the turning, go around is 7 min. Baby pool was not open, swimming hat compulsory or can buy for 130TR from spa desk.

The hotel is clean and the food from the restaurant is amazing but pricey. I will definitely come back

Surprised that this hotel is rated 5stars. Rooms are really poor, more as 3 stars hotel. Restaurant always without customers except for the breakfast. Lifts have some unpleasant disfunctions in selecting the floor. Staff if kind and good for what they can do.

Everything was perfect. Water. Tea. Coffee was offered everyday in the room. Nice location for transportation

Everything is great, there is no problem with cleaning, the only problem is that YouTube was not working on the TV, they did not come even though we called the reception.

Not bad. Stayed here for the exhibition. There are no hotels near the exhibition hall. It's a bit far. It's convenient to take a taxi. There's nothing to eat nearby. There's no food within walking distance. It's still not very convenient.
