Super beautiful hotel. The room is fantastic and the location is without doubt. Hotel service is top of the best and the breakfast is just wonderful. It's a wonderful nice stay.

Two of my friends and I book an Istanbul suite, we add a sofa bed which is large and comfortable. The room is big with nice sea view, the bathroom is also large and fantastic. The staffs at both front desk and lounge are nice. We have many meals in the lounge since included in suite. However, the check in time is a little bit late (3pm).

Everything about it was perfect, really enjoyed the stay. Food, the service, the spa everything was top notch.

Nice big Room with a beautiful View. Very clean!!! The service staff made every effort to satisfy all guests. The breakfast was very good. Many options and everything was very tasty only the coffee unfortunately not but I would recommend this hotel anytime!!!

The stay was not bad

Amazing! I am a female sojourner in Istanbul for four days, if you are worried to travel alone this is the place to be! Super nice staff, amazing food (Nobu is famous Japanese cuisine) I tried spa, all restaurant, and the breakfast is superb over 5star (they do provide champagne for breakfast) Bed are huge; showers are great, a bit hiccup for the shower floor flooding but they manage to solve it. For taxi, pls book in advance with concierge so no more hustle from hotel to airport (45mins ride)

This is my 5th time in Istanbul and i have to say that this hotel is my favorite so farr. Exellent staff and rooms 100% recommend

Fabulous hotel, very kids friendly also, fantastic views from the restaurants

the check in is not so good as we have to pass the gate and the staff are too few, people have to wait for longer time to check in the first night we bought some chocolates which it will be melt if we didnt freeze them, however, the fridge seem to not working so we call the reception reported our problems and they seem to be unable to understand English. they sent 1 mechanic and speak that it is as it is. no way to improve, thats fine and they offer new fridge to the room, so the mechanic guy came again and change it. however the mechanic guy look dirty and he did wear the shoe into the room where i slept this is so uncomfortable. And the Real problem happened again in the morning while we are using the hair-dryer and it suddenly change itself to be a small bomb on my girlfriend hand. the explosion from the small fire as a black smoke still on the hand. So we call the reception they said thing like this is new to them too. It hasn't been happened to them yet. but they offer the treatment for us but again what if the it is not small bomb but it did harm to us?

In short everything you would expect from a ritz Carlton , very spacious and comfortable room , professional staff , certainly a hotel we would revisit.
