Excellent Location beautiful hotel nice staff & wonderful food and service

Super beautiful hotel. The room is fantastic and the location is without doubt. Hotel service is top of the best and the breakfast is just wonderful. It's a wonderful nice stay.

Our recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton was nothing short of extraordinary, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to share our experiences. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff set the tone for an unforgettable visit. The property itself is stunning, with a ambiance that’s both elegant and welcoming. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed—everything you could want in a luxury hotel setting. What truly made our stay special, however, were the thoughtful touches provided by housekeeping. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, addressing our needs promptly and anticipate them before they arose. One of the standout features of our stay was how well The Ritz-Carlton catered to families—specifically for our young daughter. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed with the array of toys and activities available for children, which kept her entertained and happy throughout our visit. The kids playroom was excellent. We spent almost 1hrs playing there. It’s clear that the hotel prioritizes making family stays as enjoyable and seamless as possible, and we deeply appreciated their efforts. Our time at The Ritz-Carlton was a combination of luxury, comfort, and attentive service that made it feel like a true home away from home. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Nice rooms with nice view Good staff at front desk Perfect service at restaurant but breakfast need to be improved and better option for a 5 stars

Two of my friends and I book an Istanbul suite, we add a sofa bed which is large and comfortable. The room is big with nice sea view, the bathroom is also large and fantastic. The staffs at both front desk and lounge are nice. We have many meals in the lounge since included in suite. However, the check in time is a little bit late (3pm).

Everything about it was perfect, really enjoyed the stay. Food, the service, the spa everything was top notch.

It was an amazing experience being in ritz carlton, the staffs was friendly & very very helpful, it was also located very near to taksim square, its a walking distance from the hotel, the view from the hotel room was also breathtaking. Overall my stay for 2 nights was superb

Nice big Room with a beautiful View. Very clean!!! The service staff made every effort to satisfy all guests. The breakfast was very good. Many options and everything was very tasty only the coffee unfortunately not but I would recommend this hotel anytime!!!

The stay was not bad

Amazing! I am a female sojourner in Istanbul for four days, if you are worried to travel alone this is the place to be! Super nice staff, amazing food (Nobu is famous Japanese cuisine) I tried spa, all restaurant, and the breakfast is superb over 5star (they do provide champagne for breakfast) Bed are huge; showers are great, a bit hiccup for the shower floor flooding but they manage to solve it. For taxi, pls book in advance with concierge so no more hustle from hotel to airport (45mins ride)
