I think that any hotel structure should at least adhere to the basics of "hotel rules (cleanliness, order, service) in this structure they have no idea what it means to be a hotelier. Breakfast was transformed into a room where everyone tried to make do as they could, non-existent hygiene, dirty glasses, even cutlery, everything thrown away randomly... whoever takes care of the service used gloves with which they touched the dirty objects and then the food and cutlery.
The cleanliness of the room was good.
Not to return... cheap (which is not really) MUST NOT MEAN dirty.

It is easy to get in and out, and you can easily go to every attraction in Paris. There are restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. Friends who need to rent a car can rent a car at a very short distance, and public transportation is also available!

My friend traveled alone just to watch the Olympic Games. I was really jealous. I heard that I checked into the hotel very smoothly. I gave it a thumbs up.

Easy to access from the nearby metro. Set in a nice area especially if visiting Roland Garros. Staff all really friendly. It's a basic hotel....that's what you are paying for. Breakfast very good....nice coffee. Room basic but clean and there is a nice little bar area down stairs.

Great staff at front desk and breakfast bar. The hotel room was rather average. Breakfast was quite nice, all the better with the outdoor space and large windows offering great light. Conveniently located close to metro and park with many sporting activities.

Stayed for 2 nights during the Olympics. Quiet location but the walk up the hill from the metro station is a struggle in the heatwave and if you have luggage. The breakfast had limited options. It was difficult to find out about allergens in the food items as they were not written down. The breakfast room was always messy as when people left, their dishes were not cleared even after a while as there seemed to be only one member of staff who wasn’t constantly monitoring the status of the breakfast room. The only rubbish bin in the room is the one in the bathroom and it’s tiny and fills up quickly so your rooms ends up having a lot of rubbish and waste that doesn’t fit in the bin, unless you take them downstairs to the reception area where there is a recycling bin. There is AC in the room but it isn’t as efficient and we felt hot every night. The tables in the room are very small and we couldn’t fit our basic items on the bedside tables each day; there is very less space to put your things down other than two shelves near the entry. The first night I noticed the pillow smelled very dirty, so it appeared to not have been washed in between guests - it smelled like someone had been sweating on it. We asked the pillows and covers to be changed the next day. Stayed for 2 nights during the Olympics. A weird coincidence happened when we were sitting in the restaurant area after the check out and waiting for our taxi, my partner simply looked at (visually, not touched anything) the breakfast shelf which has items that are used in the breakfast such as Nutella and jam. The manager or other member of staff ran to him

Stayed for 2 nights during the Olympics. We booked already a year in advance and everything else was sold out already then so this was pretty much the only option in our price bracket (and it was about 3 times per the normal price for this hotel!) Quiet and residential location but the walk up the hill from the metro station is a struggle in the heatwave and if you have luggage. The breakfast had limited options. It was difficult to find out about allergens in the food items as they were not written down. The breakfast room was always messy as when people left, their dishes were not cleared even after a while as there seemed to be only one member of staff who wasn’t constantly monitoring the status of the breakfast room. The bed was comfortable and so was the shower. There is a general hair and body wash available. The TV was nice. The only rubbish bin in the room is the one in the bathroom and it’s tiny and fills up quickly so your rooms ends up having a lot of rubbish and waste that doesn’t fit in the bin, unless you take them downstairs to the reception area where there is a recycling bin. The manager or other member of staff ran to him and saying “sir you can’t take those they are for the breakfast! Don’t touch them!”. He was not even intending to, simply looked at the shelf while we were waiting for our taxi. He then went in to the kitchen and said something in French to another staff member and asked him to do an inventory of all the breakfast items in their storage cupboards in front of us. Did they think we had been sitting there stealing breakfast items while waiting for our taxi? Humiliating!

I stayed in room 114 on 26/05/2024. I was with my family, we checked in as a family and picked e booked 2 rooms. Room 114 and 115. We arrived at 1am and were checked in by a very helpful receptionist man. In the morning , we went downstairs for breakfast at 10am and returned back upstairs to our rooms at 11am . Room 115 was still ours but room 114 was vacated and it appeared I was checked out an our early, against my wishes? The bed was made up and my belongings had been moved to the room next door,115. Check out time was 12pm. The room service lady went in my rooms without my permission and vacated room 114 whilst it was still under our reservation for another hour? I went downstairs to the reception staff to complain and demanded a refund for room 1 14. The staff called Clara and Hazel weren’t helpful at all? They said the error was made by an external employment agency, staff members, not their actual staff? Personally, I don’t see how this is my problem? I demanded to speak to the manager called Jibreel who wasn’t on shifts at that time? The female staff member called Hazel insisted I emailed the hotel with my discrepancies and give her a photocopy of my banking card so they could do the refund for that room after the managers arrived on his shift? The following day, I received a text message ‘fraud alert ‘ from my bank ,that someone was trying to attempt a banking transaction in Paris city whilst we were in the next city at Disneyland parks. The bank instantly blocked the card and we had no other way to access our money for the rest of our vacation with two young children! Even now, 3 days later, the hotel hasn’t done anything about our situation with the room refund or the fraudulent activity on our bank card? It is very disappointing and regrettable that this has happened in a reputable Accor group hotel and I will not be staying at this hotel chain again. It has ruined my vacation with my small children because I cannot resolve my bank card block whilst I am away from my home country, United Kingdom. Terrible service, minimal breakfast menu, fraudulent receptionist staff, illiterate room service staff, ignorant management. Did I miss anything? Extremely disappointed guest

on our arrival, the receptionist Andreas made everything phenomenal. The first room smelled strongly of cigarettes and he gave us a room upgrade for the inconvenience. The breakfast was very poor, there was little choice of food and the area was never stocked, it was always dirty and the staff didn't look friendly, it seemed as if they were there out of obligation. The two girls (one blonde and the other brunette) who checked me out were terrible, very rude and didn't know how to explain things when we asked for justification for certain situations that happened in the hotel. If you're a booking agent you have to leave your room earlier than the rest of the guests ?!! how stupid of them, apart from the fact that they'd told us check out was at 12:00 and it turned out to be 11:30 for me. If I were to return, it would certainly be because of Andreas' 5-star service and super good manners. my 4-star rating goes entirely to the receptionist's service!!!

The value for the price is very good. Its proximity to the last metro station on line 12 makes it convenient, just 10-15 minutes away from Concorde or Madeleine. The room was clean with a refreshing ambiance. The breakfast, although not extensive, offers fresh and tasty selections. A small note: the coffee machine could use an upgrade, but it's a minor detail. Kudos to the staff for their helpfulness. I would probably stay again when in Paris; it's a great mid-range hotel choice.

Location is good, just a few mins walk from the Marie d'Issey metro stop, 40 mins by metro from Gare du Nord and a 20 min walk, or two metro stops to the Porte de Versailles expo centre. Plenty of dining options and a couple of supermarkets just a few minutes away. The front desk team are great, special thanks for the restaurant recommendation and finding an iron at short notice - handy hint, the hotel keeps irons at the front desk but people take them and keep them in the room so don't leave it to the last minute if you need one! The room was nicely decorated, apart from one strange black wall / door to the bathroom which, to be frank, was quite ugly and looked out of place. There is a safety deposit box but no fridge. It was over 30C while I was there so somewhere to keep cold water would have been appreciated. TV channels only in French, an English-language news channel would have been appreciated. Breakfast is included but, as another review has said, it is limited and crowded. Several different types of decent bread but only one type of cheese cut tapas-style rather than sliced. Also quite difficult to get into the small serving area as it was quite crowded. Internet worked well most of the time. Only one very small bin in the bathroom for all types of waste. Really need a second bin for things that should be recycled such as plastic, paper and bottles. Overall though, it is a good hotel in a good location and I would definitely stay here ago.
