Hot spring Hotels in Isla Mujeres

Wonderful resort! Staff are extremely friendly and always welcoming. Entertainment team was excellent; Josue made sure we were always informed on the daily activities and making sure we were participating! From the beach painting, foam parties to spanish lessons you could not be bored! Another mention to Carlos, Danni Torres and Jazmin from the entertainment team. I would name everyone if I could. Best team, great vibes. They are what I will be back for!! The rooms are very nice and clean, stocked mini fridge, safe in room, robes provided and disposable slippers. TV has both english and spanish channels with great movies! We found a good movie every night on HBO. Restaurant selections are great and was easy to book the day before or day of. Buffett has many options and selections to choose from so you will not go hungry and there wasn’t any waiting. Only issue was main pool (not adult scene/side) was very limited on pool chairs, had to get there very early to get enough for the family. A lot of chairs were broken, and when mentioning to a staff member they would collect them and take them away, not bringing more back. I asked if they had more because many people were in need of chairs and the one worker told me to sit on the ground/pavement around the pool… Cabanas were insanely overpriced. There are about 5/6 between the main pools that require payment of roughly $100USD to use for 6 hours. They were all empty most of the week because no one wants to pay that crazy price to sit on a cushion… I feel that if they haven’t been rented out and are available day of you should be able to use it until someone wants to reserve it. Overall, the entertainment team is what made my week the best. Each day I was looking forward to seeing them and joining in on all the fun activities. They are a great team
