Great service, fabulous food and very clean. You’ll want for nothing at this resort as they go out of their way to please you. Beach was free of sargassum, pools are spotless plenty of lounge chairs and Bali beds. Drinks are plentiful!!! Go and enjoy!! Rooms are spacious and clean!!!

The service is very good, the hotel is large, the beach is beautiful, and the swimming pool is large and clean. Tipping is free, the food is rich, and dinner needs to be reserved. After checking out at noon, you can stay to eat, drink and play until you go to the airport

The location is like a corner where you go at night, so you can't go out without a car. I think it has the best facilities among the hotels. It's clean and there's nothing unnecessary. The restaurant also has an open feel and is really nice. The service was very good, but since I stayed at Scarlet Arte just before, I was disappointed with the friendliness of the staff, but I think the company's proactive activities will make up for everything. The rice is more delicious than Scarlet Arte and the quality is better. It's a shame there aren't any activities, but I think they will happen in the future if the company invests more. Beautiful well maintained resort. It looks new. Room is spacious with balcony overlooking the ocean. Food is excellent throughout from all the restaurants. The best restaurants imo are the Steak house, Italian restaurant n the Mexican restaurant. The beach with fine white sand is clean n almost free of sargassum @ this time of the year in Dec. Good service throughout from all the hotel's staff there. Highly recommended.

Did you expect too much... First of all, it's a pity that I didn't receive the buckler service well. I tried to install the app in Korea, but I couldn't authenticate the app, so I exchanged it with KakaoTalk, but the answer came quickly, but the execution time was too slow. If you ask me to do something, you have to tell me two or three times... Because there are so many people, I think you must make a reservation for all restaurants. And it took a very long time to order food from room service or at a restaurant. It took more than an hour... Still, I think it's hard to follow any hotel in terms of facilities, beach-owned chic cabaret show, etc. Still, I have intention to revisit ~!~!

I booked a sea view suite for about $250 a night, and stayed for a week. Because of the US epidemic, there were less than ten guests in the resort, so it was empty, and a restaurant was opened. There is a supermarket in the hotel, open from Monday to Saturday, you can buy some necessities. It is because the hotel’s own restaurant is very poor, so it is necessary to rent a car to go outside the restaurant to buy and eat back to the hotel, the hotel comes with a car rental service, car rental 46 dollars a day insurance. The restaurant outside the hotel is very cheap to eat. Basically, it costs US$100 to buy enough food for 3 days and bring it back to the hotel. Talk about the advantages. Very quiet, sea view suites have everything, microwave, stove, refrigerator, tableware, washing machine, very suitable for family living. The bed is very large and very comfortable, really comfortable! Also, the hotel is very clean. The location of the hotel is not in the 7th district, so the price is very economical.

Overall, I would rate this 5/10. The resort has beautiful surroundings with lots of greenery—I'd give the environment 9/10. The pool was nice, although it extremely shallow. So you can’t swim. You just stand. There are plenty of amenities, and on paper it's an all-inclusive resort, but that doesn't mean much if the food is disappointing. The room was spacious and clean. When we first entered, it had a very strong chlorine smell, but apart from that, it was well maintained. The biggest letdown was the food. The “Italian” restaurant is a 3/10. The pizza was at best disappointing, the rest of the dishes were just average. The only ice cream shop is at best 4/10—completely bland. The pizza place had a waiting time of 30min. So I couldn’t try it. There was a moment were all places were closed. So I couldn’t have an early lunch or late breakfast. So I got some fruit (ok) and some extremely unfresh and dry burger from a bar, which I couldn’t finish. The lunch buffet was also 3/10, honestly some of the worst food I've had ever. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent (9/10) with a great variety of options. The drinks were another disappointment. They were extremely weak. Normally, one or two cocktails are enough for me, but here I needed four or five to feel anything, which made them seem heavily diluted. The staff were excellent throughout the stay—friendly, professional, and helpful. One thing that surprised me was the activities. Before going to the beach, I asked about one excursion and was told it cost $80 per person. So it seems that not every activity is included in an all-inclusive package… but charging $80 per person for a boat trip to go swimming felt excessive. For €240 per night, I expected much better food and better overall value. The beautiful grounds and good staff weren't enough to make up for the disappointing dining experience.

My experience at planet Hollywood was 5 out of 10 the resort overall it self is beautiful the breakfast buffet 10/10 the pool events and water aerobics very fun however, when I booked the trip I booked for a junior swim out suit with 2 double beds when I arrive to check in at the reception desk I was given a king size bed with a sofa pull out . I was told by the front desk receptionist they didn't have any double beds available however I booked 2 months in advance she explained to me that she would provide me with a room with 2 beds the next day and to stop by the desk at 8 am. The next day I approached the desk with my belongings sadly to find out they didn't have the room available again the next day and I was told the same things repeatedly each night of my stay I became very frustrated sleeping on a very hard sofa bed and it gave me severe back pains. I had 2 ppl in my room and that is why I requested a room with 2 beds. The room service was also a bad experience we were told we could not order 2 of the same items in the menu which sounded weird you mean to tell me that my sister and I both can't order pizza and salad that's crazy to me . The drinks were very good especially the Miami vibe and Scooby doo shots . The resort will also try and provide you discounts by getting you to purchase a star class/diamond purchase that's 20,000 .
