A very pleasant trip, with good conditions in all aspects. The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are large, and the food has a wide variety and tastes good. It's just that the prices are a bit higher during the Christmas period.

The location is like a corner where you go at night, so you can't go out without a car. I think it has the best facilities among the hotels. It's clean and there's nothing unnecessary. The restaurant also has an open feel and is really nice. The service was very good, but since I stayed at Scarlet Arte just before, I was disappointed with the friendliness of the staff, but I think the company's proactive activities will make up for everything. The rice is more delicious than Scarlet Arte and the quality is better. It's a shame there aren't any activities, but I think they will happen in the future if the company invests more. We have stayed at IZLA hotel since it 1st opened so we have seen the changes of time. The Property is in like new condistion still, Staff is great. However what has changed is the nickle and dime charges and the excessove cost of thier food. It was $30 per persn for Breakfast option, yet yoy ucould order ala carte breakfast for 1/2 that. They give you 1 small 16oz bottle of water per day and they only sell Evian in the gift store for a outrageous cost, They now charge extra of you want a bali bed which sat empty the wntire time we were there. As for the propertym the room it was all stellar as always to us.

We spent our honeymoon in TRS hotel with my wife. Check in was very quick and smooth unlike some other reviews i read takes a few hours, maybe it was on a weekday. Francisco at the check in counter was very helpful , he helped us upgraded our room to swim up suit and it was amazing! Sostenes and Cesar assigned as our butler for our stay and they were very helpful as well and always smiling. One thing I’d like to mentioned is that they said they have 25 minutes complementary spa for us for our honeymoon, and the reception told us to meet at the lobby next morning at 8:30am to take us to breakfast and to tour us around the resort. But the next morning we realized we have to attend to the sales center where they wants to sell us some traveling package which we didn’t expect, altho they are all very nice but we spent two hours there listening to them on the first morning of our stay and it was our honeymoon. wish they would let us know earlier then I would rejected, and they said we had to attend in order to claim the complimentary spa which at the beginning they said it’s for our honeymoon. Anyways, For food I highly recommended Gaucho steak house, we tried the bone in steak and they grill them with charcoal and it was very delicious , but the second time we went the steak was over cooked a bit. During our stayed we joined two activities, one is water aerobic and paddling. Both instructor was very fun and especially Dente. He was super friendly and patient! Overall we are satisfied with our stay, and would recommend to our friends.

The overall environment is good, you will choose next time you stay, the price is very good, the recommended option, the ecological service is good, it is worthy of praise. Friends also like this hotel, the location is also good

I was at this hotel 3 years ago for my honeymoon and it had just opened its doors and I returned because I had had a very good experience. First I will say the good thing, the staff goes out of their way to serve you and make you have a good time, the food is very varied and tastes good and the waiters are very diligent. Now the areas of opportunity, it is sad to see how they are letting this hotel decay, the hallways are dirty, they need to be painted, the elevators are moldy and dirty. Dirty, scratched and poorly maintained walls, humidity on the ceilings and black stains. The room had a bad smell of damp and mold, so much so that it gave me asthma. In the pool, water veils or trickles in the adult area do not work. Buy the star service, but IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!! You have to be reminding the waiters and bartenders that you want premium liquor and at the pool, the STAR area is family-friendly, that is, full of children, if you are STAR but want to be in the adult area, the waiters cannot go to the star bars or take food from the STAR area, restaurants, reservations do not exist, since I arrived there was no space in practically any of the restaurants, you have to arrive by parachute and pray that they can serve you. The air conditioning was terrible, in the family lobby the air was not felt and in the Cocina Mexicana restaurant the air was damaged and it was that way for at least 2 days. It is actually unfortunate that you go in with high expectations and encounter so much neglect on the part of the administration or whoever is responsible for keeping this hotel in optimal condition, as it should be, given the name and prestige of Planet Hollywood. Ah! And to top it all off, when I checked out, a GO Pro was left in the room and although we called quickly, it magically disappeared. I'm still waiting for a response to an email that I sent at 11:30 am on July 29. Day of my checkout. In short, there are many other options, which may be more value for your money. Muy buena atención, el lugar muy alejado del centro pero el servicio y las instalaciones muy bien

There are 5 restaurants to choose from, so just make a reservation in advance. The resort is full of restaurants, food trucks, and bars.
