Amazing Stay — Definitely Worth It! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel and honestly, everything was better than I expected. From the moment I arrived, the whole experience felt comfortable, smooth and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is definitely one of the biggest highlights. It was very convenient to get around, and there were plenty of restaurants, shops and places to visit nearby. I didn’t have to spend too much time travelling around, which made the whole trip much easier, especially when I had a packed itinerary. As for the room, I was really impressed with how clean and comfortable it was. The room was spacious enough for me to move around comfortably, and everything was well arranged. The bed was also really comfortable, which was honestly important after a long day of travelling and walking around. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I really appreciated how clean the bathroom and sleeping area were. I also have to mention the cleanliness because this was one of the things I noticed immediately. The room felt fresh and properly maintained when I arrived. Towels, bedsheets and the bathroom were all clean, and the overall environment felt very comfortable. It’s always nice when you can come back to your hotel after a tiring day and just relax without worrying about anything. The staff were another highlight of my stay. Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were happy to help. The service felt professional but still warm, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was also really nice. It felt comfortable and relaxing without being too formal. Whether you’re travelling alone, with friends, as a couple or with family, I think this hotel would be a great choice. It’s the kind of place where you can actually look forward to coming back and resting after a long day outside. For the price, I honestly think the hotel offers great value for money. You get a comfortable room, good service, a convenient location and a pleasant overall experience. Of course, every hotel may have small things that could be improved, but personally, nothing during my stay affected my overall experience. Overall, I’m really happy with my stay here and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip. I would also recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay without spending too much. Definitely one of the hotels I’d happily come back to! 9/10 ⭐️

The hotel is situated in a good location, where the good foods surrounded us. The service by the staff were great too, we got early check in and late check out. The breakfast at level 1 was more in variety than the club access, but we appreciated the quietness and privacy. We didn’t manage to enjoy much of the club as we were out most of the time. We also grabbed food and it was a great experience. That said my complaints were the facilities - in particular the shower. The bathtub was small, the bathroom was so small. The water pressure is weak so I really didn’t like the entire bathroom experience. Do hope the hotel can do something to renovate it next time.

Highly recommend OZO George Town! The front desk team was extremely attentive and gave us a free room upgrade for my grilfriend birthday. On day two, housekeepers left cute towel swans and complimentary treats in our room. Such thoughtful gestures made our trip unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team!

The hotel has two buildings, A and B. It's very convenient to find your room as a bellboy will guide you, and we really appreciate them helping us with our luggage. Disposable toothbrushes and combs are not provided directly in the room; you need to ask for them at the front desk. Remember to get them when you check in if you need them. There's a water dispenser in the hallway with hot and cold water. There's a swimming pool on the 4th floor of Building B. I stayed on a weekday, so there weren't many people during the day, and the water was quite clear. There's also another Citadines nearby, so make sure your navigation doesn't lead you to the wrong one. The hotel entrance is not on a main road, so there isn't much traffic, and it's a one-way street. It's quite convenient for getting a taxi or getting in and out of cars. I passed by the other one, and it seemed a bit noisy being on a main road. The room can be a bit narrow; if you open two 20-inch suitcases at the same time, they noticeably block the way. It's very close to food places and attractions. The second picture is a breakfast coffee shop highly recommended by many on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), and the third picture is also a Xiaohongshu recommendation: duck noodle soup from a market (this market seems to have a seating fee, vendors selling main dishes don't have tables, only those selling coffee or drinks do). Aside from the room being a bit small, overall, the stay was very comfortable, and I would still highly recommend it.

Stayed here for 1 night to visit the Georgetown Festival 2026. Hotel is right smack in the centre of Georgetown, opposite the famous Toh Soon Cafe (which is on the same row as Joja Bagels). The Michelin recommended peranakan cuisine Auntie Gaik Lean's is just around the corner. Peranakan Mansion is just a few metres away from Auntie Gaik Lean's. This is really the foodie's choice of location. Room is spacious, basic, clean and quiet despite being located on the first floor. Suspect they had spent a lot in noise insulated. Bottled water and tea making facility are provided in room. A large water dispenser is placed at the ground floor, which is very thoughtful considering the hot and humid weather in Penang. Recommended for those who would like to do walking tour around Georgetown.

It’s very accessible to any area you want to go within the town (by walk). Just a heads up - it’s super lively on saturday night on this alley, you can anticipating it. But the soundproof is pretty good, we still get a good sleep. Driving there is okay, but parking is limited on first come first serve basis. Room are spacious and clean. Basic amenities are available, not much but good enough (iron and water cooler is at the hallway btw). Overall verdict : All good, i would recommend it !

The room was really unique and interesting, an experience I'd never had before. The location is excellent too; you can walk to all the nearby photo-op spots, and the closest restaurants are all delicious. Walking to Clan Jetties is also no problem. The free bus stop is just across the street, which is super convenient. I highly recommend staying here for both the ambiance and location. The Indian staff members at the hotel were all very friendly and would greet us proactively. We arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, right after our flight. One of the staff members said we could check-in early at 1:30 PM, so we left our luggage at the front desk and went out for lunch, thinking we could come back, change, and head out for some sightseeing and photos. However, when we returned at the appointed time, a different female staff member told us we couldn't check in until 2:30 PM. I simply mentioned that I was previously told we could check in at 1:30 PM, and she immediately became upset, telling me not to pressure or rush her. To accommodate her mood, my family of three quietly sat with her in the lobby for half an hour. After that, she simply announced that it was time to check in, without having received any calls or anything – it was just the scheduled time. All the other staff members at this hotel were very enthusiastic, but she was always unhappy and gave us a cold shoulder whenever we saw her. I hope she can find some happiness. I understand that the official check-in time is 3 PM. I was just trying to discuss an earlier check-in. If I had been told from the start that early check-in wasn't possible, I would have taken a taxi to a more distant area to explore and returned later. Travel time is limited, and I want to plan my trips more efficiently, not waste time waiting in a hotel lobby to check in. I'm not here to accompany her at work, and I hope she can be more professional and consider the needs of travelers. I really hope other guests staying here don't encounter her; everything else was perfect.

This hotel is an excellent introduction to Penang as it was for me on my first day in town exploring and getting to know the main city area. Close to downtown center the hotel provides an ideal location for explorers who want to be close to all the major sites Penang has to offer. In the immediate area is George Town with venues including the Clan Jetties, UNESCO heritage sites, Armenian Street and a vast array of street art all worth stopping to visit. The hotel itself is clean and tidy with helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to help accommodate me upon my early arrival (holding my luggage until check in time). The room was comfortable and for amenities there was an onsite laundry room that helped ensured traveler like me had the opportunity to refresh their baggage for the next adventures ahead. As a heads up to future travelers: the hotel is located near some stunning mosques that although were great to visit, do have prayer sessions throughout the day and night which all hotel travelers can clearly hear in their rooms. Not recommended for light sleepers or anyone who minds the sound. Overall the hotel was a great place to start my Penang stay and exploration.
